PROJECT / VALVE ENGINEER REPORTING-INVOICE CONTROLLER

Due to continuous growth of PT. Inspindo Mulia, currently we are looking for qualified candidate to join our professional team as follow:

VALVE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) / PROJECT ENGINEER (Based in Jakarta – BSD City)

•         Requirements:  

Completion of university degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor). GPA minimum 3.0. Graduated from well known university is preferred (ITB, UI, etc.)
Have a deep understanding on valve knowledge and trouble shooting. Experienced or Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Good engineering and interpersonal skills
Personal neatness, professional attire
Good Communication skill (English/Bahasa) both oral and writing
Strong capability on computer literacy especially engineering software: (Solid Works, Mathlab, etc.)
Willing to travel for a certain period of time if required


REPORTING AND INVOICE CONTROLLER


·         Manage Receptionist/Executive Assistant on a daily basis
·         Be involved in job costing and gross margin management
·         Prepare and submit invoicing documents (e.g. completion report; tax payable; etc.)
·         Ensure company maintains its services liability
·         Deal client on daily basis
·         Invoice clients
·         Follow up on outstanding A/R's by sending letters at times and less frequently calling
·         Create monthly Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet financial statements
·         Perform monthly financial statement review and analysis including determining variations needing correction or explanation
·         Provide effective financial controls and suggested process improvements for the organization
·         Prepare for and interact with company accountant who comes in quarterly for reporting and tax matters outside of payroll and sales taxes
·         Other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the Project Manager

 
Candidate Requirements:

·         3-5 years minimum professional controller/bookkeeping/operations experience
     Female candidate is preferred
·         BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related major, ideally
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
·         Monthly financial statement creation and review experience
·         Ability to improve business processes and accountability
·         Hands-on mindset for bookkeeping functions and effective report
·         Prior customer interaction experience and focus
·         Rational and analytical skills and acumen that can be provided in the form of advisor to President
·         Strong work drive including seeking additional responsibilities when time permits
·         Easy going and friendly
