·      Provide input in determining hardware and services selling price, including discount commission
·      Maintaining 24 hours emergency phone for shiploc clients based on schedule in coordination with other designated staff
·      Producing weekly and monthly reports: sales report, client report and any other related reports
·      Consulting with President Director regularly about the conduct of the assigned tasks and keeping him informed about all the sales and client relation matters and providing advice on related matters
·      Supervising Senior Maintenance Officer
·      Any other tasks consistent with the overall scope of this position as directed by President Director
 
Required Qualifications Competencies:
·      Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any other relevant subject (length of relevant years experience may substitute the degree)

8.      SENIOR DRAFTER - CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL


Responsibilities • Development of design drawings by using CADD in accordance with their function and objective as directed by Contractor's Designer.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3) with 4 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU) with 8 years working experience, both in design drafting by using CADD.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with D3 degree) or 6 years of which (for SMU graduate), working for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be skilled to use CADD baseline software: Intergraph Micro station version 8i.
 
 
9.      SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER  INSTRUMENTATION

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to Contractors Design Engineers to enhance their competency.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior engineer position.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on related engineering discipline and be proficient with related baseline software (refer to Attachment A5) and codes/standards.
• For mechanical discipline, the candidate shall have suficient experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and familiar with all associated codes & standards, such as: API 610, API 676, ASME-VIII Division 1/2, API 650, etc.

10.     COST ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities
1) Perform cost estimating as part of the overall deliverable package for Customer
2) Prepare individual project Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates at or above Class 3 (L: -10% - -20%; H: +10% - +30%) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
3) Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys projects
4) Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
5) Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.)
Requirements
1) The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
2) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and control Contractors activities in the development of design drafting and the operation of Contractors drafting shops at Minas and Duri in Companys Area of operation

•   Develop and maintain drawing specifications, numbering and filing system.
•   Ensure that all processes and procedures in Contractors drafting execution and drafting QA/QC plan, are consistently and well implemented during Contract period.
·       Implement and monitor Contractors key performance indicators related to On-site Drafting Services.
·        Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel in Contractors drafting shops during the performance of Services including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.

Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) with 10 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 15 years working experience, both in engineering design and drafting.
• Minimum 8 years of which (with S1 degree) or 12 years of which (with D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be fluent with all design codes and standards relevant to each discipline (process, mechanical & piping, electrical, instrument & control, civil & structural) which are relevant to the oil and gas industry.

Demonstrable experience of safety inspections and auditing, CSMS and dealing with operational/drilling HSE activities and challenges is a must.  Experience of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 implementations and audit would be of benefit.
6.    Certificates of Sea Survival, HUET and medical fitness to work offshore.
7.    Ability to conduct HSE related inspections, training, meeting, briefing, drills and exercises.
8.    Previous experience of working within a multinational environment, Experience gained within a large onshore drilling and production operation is advantageous.

·         A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream, including a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Completion/Commissioning Specialist in a similar size and complexity project

·         Direct "hands on" experience in project commissioning activities of similar size and complexity.

·         Proven expertise in Mechanical and Piping systems commissioning.

·         Excellent working knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping detail, civil works, and broad-knowledge of site specific mechanical systems.

·         Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble-shooting skills.

·         Working knowledge of industry practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems completions and commissioning.

·         Practical experienced in an H2S environment.

·         Overseas work experience is desirable but not required.

·         Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.

·         Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related softwares

·         Demonstrated willingness to relocate to engineering office site, installation site and other work sites as required for the Banyu Urip onshore projects completion/commissioning.

 

CONSTRUCTION - AREA SUPERINTENDENT 3 & 4 – FIELD FACILITIES


Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences :

·         Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor.

·         Good technical and supervisory skills.

·         Minimum of fifteen (15) years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten (10) years specific involvement in major process facilities.

·         Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager.

·         Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.

 

FIELD CIVIL-STRUCTURAL ENGINEER


Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:

•               Broad and extensive knowledge of:

o   Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria

o   Onshore facilities construction and operations

o   Engineering administration

o   ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to project engineering

•               Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering

•               15+ years of closely related professional experience, 3+ years of which should be at the project engineering / engineering management level

•               Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills

•               Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

•               Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.

•               Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

 

 

PLANNING & ECONOMICS ANALYST


Job Function:

The position has two main responsibilities:

·         providing economic analysis expertise to the project for evaluation of project economics, including sensitivities, and including supporting trade off decisions through the project planning and execution phases.

·         providing business analysis and planning expertise in developing the annual program and budget

Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:

·         Bachelors or equivalent degree in engineering or business

·         Broad upstream oil and gas industry experience including economic analysis and development planning experience.

·         Previous experience of a PSC preferable

 

DAM CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES (LOCAL)


Required KNOWLEDGE, qualifications, skills, and EXPERIENCES:

·         Degree in Civil/Geological Engineering. 15 years of relevant experience.

·         Relevant working knowledge of soil investigation, laboratory and field testing including soils material trial mixing and embankment test, foundations on soft soil and supervision of similar work including dam/embankment construction.

·         Proper knowledge of soil and rock stability analysis (slope stability, seepage, consolidation and settlement, etc)

·         Familiar with geotechnical computer applications

·         Well versed in safe work practices.

Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base

·         Thorough understanding of applicable project specifications

·         Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)

·         Good oral and written English language skills

 

Senior Electrical Engineer 2


Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:

·           Thorough and extensive knowledge of industry with ExxonMobil experience an advantage:

-          Electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts

•       Broad technical and SH&E skills with basic understanding of project management and SH&E functional work processes

•       5+ years broad-based experience preferred, in environmental compliance and impact mitigation related to oil and gas industry, processing and transportation, with prior experience in one or more SH&E-related disciplines

•       Knowledge of EMCAPS process, and in particular SH&E and OIMS deliverable requirements

•       Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers

•       Good interpersonal and communication skills

•       Adaptable to changing priorities

 

FACILITIES ENGINEER

·         Indonesian National

·         Minimum 10 years of experience

·         Instrumentation engineer with electrical engineering experience

·         Pipeline facility experience in Wellpad Design and Pipeline Valve station design focus
