Saat ini Burung Indonesia tengah berperan sebagai Regional Implementation Team (RIT) dalam program yang didukung oleh Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF). Program ini bertujuan memberikan dukungan pada konservasi keragaman hayati di Wallacea Biodiversity Hotspot serta peningkatan kapasitas para pihak. Kegiatan di dalam program ini mengacu pada Ecosystem Profile for the Wallacea Biodiversity Hotspot yang telah disusun sebelumnya.

Untuk melaksanakan program tersebut, Burung Indonesia mengundang para profesional muda yang kreatif, dinamis dan energik untuk bergabung dalam tim pelaksana program untuk posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Program Officer Sulawesi (SPO) – ditempatkan di Makassar atau Gorontalo


Gambaran umum pekerjaan.

Program officer bertanggung jawab membangun serta mengembangkan komunikasi dengan para pihak berkepentingan di lokasi pelaksanaan program. Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan minimal S1 biologi, kehutanan, lingkungan, atau sosial, atau memiliki kualifikasi profesional yang relevan dengan pengalaman pada kegiatan konservasi atau pembangunan berkelanjutan selama lebih dari 5 tahun;

2.    Memiliki pengalaman luas dalam proyek pembangunan terutama pengelolaan keragaman hayati, baik pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian hingga pelaporan kegiatan maupun keuangan;

3.    Berpengalaman membangun dan mengembangkan komunikasi dan kerja sama dengan para pihak yang berkepentingan, baik pemerintah, masyarakat sipil maupun swasta dalam pengelolaan keragaman hayati.
