8. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and tran-sitions

9. Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes

10. Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor's expectations

11. Responsible for management report, for internal PMO team and also client PMO team.

12. Work together with vendors to deliver the project, and become customer advocate for every things re-lated to project and future engagement.

13. Manage onsite and offsite resources with different background (different culture, country, etc).

 

Job Requirements:


1. Experience in IT large scale system integration project (Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Ware-housing, DB Migration, Security, etc)

2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences in project management

3. Strong communication skills, equally adept at people, business management and MS Project.

4. Skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, prob-lem solving and conflict management.

5. PMP Certified is preferable

6. Excellent skills in work plan management, management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources

7. Proven ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources

Knowledgeable with the principal aspects of the design and maintenance of instrument and control include SIS (Safety Instrumented System) , PCS (Process Control System), FGS (Fire & Gas System), Fiscal Flow Metering Package, Machinery Control System , Skid package Control System , Pneumatic Control System , Well Head Control System, Analyzer and all pneumatic / electronic / Hydraulic field instrumentations (Transmitters , Valves ,Fire Gas detectors, Switches and transducers).
A strong tie with Process and Electrical Engineering is preferable.

A willingness to travel (for FAT’s and site visits) is mandatory.

 

6.    LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications :

Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor in Electrical Power  Engineering

Job Requirements:

1.       8+ years experience in SOA Platform Architecture and Development, including 3-4 years working with Oracle Enterprise Applications.

2.       Significant knowledge and experience designing and developing Enterprise Service Bus/SOA/Integration Tier Architecture (BPEL/Business Process Orchestration, WebServices, J2EE).

3.       Experience with Oracle SOA Suit 11g.

4.       Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architectures.

5.       Strong background in systems architecture and relevant technologies, including portal technologies, mid-dleware technologies, and J2EE.

Lead Engineer


Qualification:

§  Relevant tertiary qualification

§  Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry with significant exposure to design, costing, estimating and planning

§  Demonstrates capability in development of innovative concept for solutions to technical, complex issues

§  Competent understanding of Australian and International codes and standards and risk and contingency assessment

§  Self-sufficient, requiring minimal supervision with focus of pragmatic, technically sound, acceptable result

§  Strong oral and written presentation ability linked with sound relationship and integrity record

§  Competent in leading, organizing and motivating others

§  Competent in use of Ms Office, SureTrak, auto cad, Lotuss Notes

§  Working knowledge of engineering software e.g. Wallap, SpaceGass
