URGENTLY REQUIRED
SURVEYOR SPECIALIST
Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, and other purposes
Key Responsibilities :
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
Qualifications
Senior High School or Diploma Degree majoring in Mining,
To be place in site office ( Tojo una una region – Central Sulawesi ; Musirawas – South Sumatera )
4 years experiences as Surveyor specialist
Command in English
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.

3. Pendidikan min S1 Akuntansi
4. Mampu berbahasa Inggris min pasif dan mengerti perpajakan
5. Memanage general ledger accounts untuk
memastikan bahwa transaksi-transaksi keuangan sesuai dengan peraturan dan
persyaratan dalam membuat laporan
6. Mengatur aktivitas-aktivitas akunting
operasional termasuk A/P, A/R, Cash/Bank, GL, Fix Asset, Inventory
7. Mampu membuat financial statement untuk
management
8. Jujur dan berorientasi terhadap detil, teliti dan
akurat
9. Mempunyai kemampuan menganalisa dan manajemen
10. Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun mandiri,
berkomitmen, mempunyai inisiatif dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan

Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum Bachelor degree with GPA 2.75.
Having experience minimum 3 years in product environment preferable in computer technology.
Having experience to Build an industry leading computer Platform
Strong understanding of surf business.
Able to develop and establish services product, developing service program, proposed marketing target, making marketing budget.
Able to create a product cost, knowledge budgeting and controlling.
Know the business and poses good business intuition
Excellent Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent in work management and leadership skills and able to make decisions in time critical situation.
Good negotiation skill, personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness
Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.
Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
