SUPERVISOR CRUSHING PLANT

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB :
1.       Perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan aktivitas produksi Crushing Plant
2.       Melakukan Koordinasi dengan bagian terkait mengenai rencana kerja dan review bulanan
3.       Merencanakan aktivitas Crushing Plant dan memastikan produksi CP sesuai Target
4.       Memastikan daily maintenance CP sudah dilakukan sesuai standar perusahaan setiap harinya
5.       Memastikan manpower dan supporting equipment CP tersedia sesuai kebutuhan
6.       Memanage stocpile di CP area
7.       Membuat laporan produksi & aktivitas CP harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
8.       Membuat laporan penggunaan bahan bakar solar dan overtime manpower jika ada
9.       Mengorganisasikan dan memastikan pekerjaan kontraktor CP  akurat, tepat waktu dan efisiensi tinggi
10.   Menilai kinerja kontraktor CP secara objektif setiap 1 (satu) bulan
 
 
KUALIFIKASI :
1.       Pendidikan Minimal D 3 Teknik Mesin
2.       Usia Maksimal 45 tahun
3.       Pengalaman sebagai Supervisor CP di perusahaan Tambang Mineral  min 2 tahun
4.       Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer;
5.       Mampu berkomunikasi degan baik  & tegas; mampu membina hubungan baik;
6.       Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang kualitas standard material
7.       Lebih disukai mempunyai sertifikat POP

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Maintenance teams, including motivation, coaching and development.
Oversee, in support of business goals, the maintenance and upkeep of the company facility, to include production machines, fire protection systems and climate control systems.
This individual troubleshoots maintenance problems takes corrective action provides preventive maintenance coverage for the process for injection plastic , decoration and assembly for the machines, equipments utilities. Ensures plant compliance with all statutes permits including EHS requirements.
He is expected to continuously strive for production and cost improvements

Requirements:

Educational Degree : Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
35 years old, leadership and a good teamwork, able to motivate and technical coach his/her subordinate to improve the performance and good team work with Production and other Departments.
Fluently in English both oral and written
Strong knowledge in Injection Plastic Molding, UV Coating, HVAC; electrical drives PLC (programmable logic controls); converting equipment (specifically printing presses, laminators and extruders); machine shop techniques; metric measurement system; fire protection and building control systems.
Solid experience in manufacturing and underlying machinery and equipment a must for this position.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
