·          Graduated from Secretarial Academy or S1 in any field.
·          Min. 1 year experience in the similar position
·          Fluent in English is a must
·          Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

·          Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time.
·          Well organized, fast and productive.

STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Glow Living Beauty is a specialty store for luxury cosmetics, fragrances, and skin care, currently seeking for someone who loves retailing and understands the consumer with exceptional commercial skills, specifically gained within retail ideally within a department store environment. The role will be as Store Operations Manager , the position will reports in to the General Manager of GLB, You will be responsible for ensuring that the roll out programmed in line with growth plans and support the stores along the way. You will be managing and promoting sales within the business and you will be the link between Stores and Head Office ensuring the smooth running of the day to day retail operations.

To be considered for this role you should already be at a high level of Operations within a retail environment and have a results driven track record. You should be able to think strategically and tactically with the ability to identify, train, coach and develop district and Store Supervisors as well as teams. Practical experience in Project Management is also essential. Strong career in retail having previously worked in retail management roles, with a strong understanding of how the retail industry works and what stores need to be successful, ideally a department store. Possess excellent relationship management dealing both internally & externally. Negotiation, influencing and communication skills, able to deal credibly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Working closely with Distribution Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for the day-to-day circulation duties across the Destinasian Media Group. Qualification:
