Optimization Engineer for Telecommunication Company

We are a fast growing telecommunication services company inviting professionals to fulfill below challenging positions:

 

                                 OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. Have at least 3 to 5 years experience in 2G RF optimization (especially in Siemens network will be advantage).
2. Experience in Pre Launch Optimisation (Intial Tuning) to get acceptance for new on air Sites 

3. Experience in handled the task for taking the various parameters like HSN,BSIC,MAIO

4. Experience using Batrana, familiar with Siemens database parameter and KPI is an advantage.
5. Will work on site basis KPI for turnkey, colocation and TRX expansion.
6. Also can analyse alarm and report to clearance team.
7. Will be located to Jakarta & Surabaya
