Qualifications & Requirements :

·        Male / Female max. 35 years old

·        Minimum S1 degree from any discipline

·        Posses min. 2 years experience in HR or People Management

·        Capable in handling Recruitment and People Development

·        Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

·        Posses strong leadership

·        Posses experience in managing team at least for 2 years

·        Proficiency in English

·        Willing to develop business and network outside Jakarta
