Handicap International Federation (HIF) Indonesia DAD (Development Programme) is establishing a Project in response to emergency caused by volcanic eruption of Merapi. In order to support the activity, a Site Accountant/Administrative Assistant needs to be recruited.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the line management of the Site Administration, Site Accountant/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the implementation of activities in different parts of Yogyakarta/Central Java Provinces. The Site Accountant/Administrative Assistant will be based in Yogyakarta or Central Java Province (Magelang or Klaten) according to his/her area of implementation. Due to the scope of the project, the Site Accountant/Administrative Assistant will have to be experienced in Emergency issues.

The tasks in particular are:
Accounting operations, treasury and commitment of expenditure in the Province
* Input and correct accounting codes of Yogya accounting
* Input accounting data of Yogya site for the 25th of the month.
* Carry out the preparation and the filing of vouchers, their accounts allocation and the recording of entries.
* Manage of head funds.
* Input the MAPS and MAPF codes.( Accounting codes)
* Check the validity and the appropriate nature of proves of purchase (contracts, orders, invoices, delivery notes,...).

Administrative management.
* Manage insurance, contract, premise contracts and alert the Site Admin in case of needs ( end of contracts, incoherence,…).

* Prepare overtime, bonus, outstanding balances, staff ,insurances calculation and payment for Java sites. And satellites
* Compiling of employees individual files

Reporting
* Regular weekly report to the Site Administrator

Assure effective communication and external relations in his/her field
* Assure that the association's actions are legible by developing the association's image and raise the awareness of official bodies likely to be able to provide financial or organizational support.Ensure good internal communications and the effective circulation of information between the different teams, the site and the national level, partners and Handicap International Federation

DUTY STATION: Site Accountant/Administrative Assistant will be based in
Yogyakarta or Magelang, she/he would have to do regular visits to the field

Essential:
*D3 in Economics and Business
