Our Client,  Agung Sedayu Group (www.agungsedayu.com), one of the prestigious develover in Indonesia is seeking people to fill in positions with following experiences and skills :

 

 

Corporate Recruitment & Talent  Assistant Manager       (CRT AM – ASG)

 

Qualification :

·         Max 45 years old

·         Master's Degree/Post Graduate program in Psychology or equivalent (preferable with profession degree as Psychologist) from reputable Universities

·         Minimum of 3 years experiences as Recruitment & Talent  Ass. Manager or 5 Years as Supervisor level  

·         Good knowledge in using psychological test and psychological report

·         Competent in Behavioral & Target  interview

·         Experienced recruiters/headhunters with managerial experiences, especially in real estate/property recruitment will be an advantage

·         Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

·         Leader, self-starter and possess ability to see projects through completion

·         Possess strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
