Senior Accountant PT Townland International

Position  at The Townland Group of Companies:

The Townland Group is a leading international planning and design
consultancy, providing professional planning, master planning, urban
design, conceptual architecture, landscape design and related services
to Governments, Agencies and Private Sector Clients in Indonesia, Hong
Kong, China, India and other locations in South East Asia.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to be based in our
Jakarta Office.  You should possess the following skills:

Primary Requirements:

1.  Degree in Accounting.

2.  Able to handle full sets of accounts.

3.  Able to handle taxes and deal with the Tax  Office (PPH 21, PPh
23, PPh 25, VAT, Pajak Tahunan Badan i.e. SPT 1770 & SPT 1721 and
Orang Pribadi i.e. SPT 17705.

4.  Strong understanding of cash flow, forecasting and budgeting.

5. A minimum of 5 years experience in handling full sets of accounts.

6. Fluent Indonesian and English language skills.

Secondary Requirements

1. Familiar with Microsoft spreadsheet and similar applications

2. Familiar with Accounting Software and knowledge of how to create a
'financial statement' manually

3. Ability to liaise with third parties (i.e. : Banks, Money Changers,
BKPM, external

    auditors, etc)
