Finance Analyst
Consumer Division
 
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor billing and liaise with Third Party Logistic
Manage credit memo generation due to return and claim
Monitor daily collection and AR days
Issue monthly AR days report by customer along with the analysis
Review credit limit on quarterly basis
Control sales order vs. credit limit
Control customer master
Analyze FG return
Handle queries from customers
Resolve issues with customers
Accountable for AR reconciliation - monthly AR Aging analysis and good explanation of overdue AR
Manager VAT out - both for tax invoice signing and VAT out reconciliation

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor degree with major in Accounting
At least 3 years in fin/accounting, specifically experience in credit management, AR controlling function.
Experienced working in FMCG industry
Possess strong analytical skill
Good interpersonal skill
Strong in Excel
Good command in English
 
Desirable:

Experience in dealing with the AR of key account customers (advantage)
Experienced in using SAP
 
Location:
This position will be based at Jakarta. No relocation support being provided
