CAREER MANAGEMENT SENIOR OFFICER

 

Main responsibilities :

1.       Responsible for the executing  of following functions : recruitment, selection & employee placement.

2.       Responsible for the executing of career & talent management activities.

 

Requirement :

·         Female, 28 – 35 years old.

·         Graduate min S1 from reputable university (majoring : HR Management, Psychology, Management or Industrial Management).

·         Min 2 years experience in the same field and position level.

·         Good interpersonal & communication skill.

·         Technical skill : Recruitment & Selection Strategy, Temporary Employment Strategy, Workforce Planning, Competency Assessment, Career Management, Talent Pool Management, HR Management.

·         Mature and able to conduct the team.
