Assessment Officer, Talent Management Officer

We are an integrated palm-based consumer company under one of the well-established conglomerate in Indonesia SINARMAS GROUP. Due to our aim to become the prominent edible palm-based consumer player in the global market, now we are recruiting highly caliber individuals to fill in our open position as :
 
Assessment Officer – Thamrin jakpus
Male or Female, with minimum age 25 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree (S1) or Masters Degree (S2) in Psychology.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Assessment Area.
Having knowledge in Assessment Center, Competency Assessment, Competency Management.
Having knowledge in scoring, reporting and interpretation of psychological tools.
Good in analytical thinking, communication skill and problem solving skill.
Willing to be located in Head Office (Thamrin-Jakarta.
 
Talent Management Officer – Thamrin jakpus
 
Male or Female, with max. ages 32 years old.

Candidate must possess a Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in HR and Talent Management.

Having knowledge in Talent Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), and Assessment.

Have a good communication skill, flexible, and pleasant personality.

Fluent in English both oral and written.
 
Familiar with Chinese dialect is an advantage
