RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and plan recruitment advertisements
2. Handling matters relating to recruitment and selection
3. Arranging, screening and coordinating for interviews
4. Conduct psychotest
5. Prepare and blast job posting to attract potential candidates in mailing list and other networks
6. Ensure the jobfair and campus hiring
7. Make the weekly and monthly hiring report to HR Manager and hiring team MNC Group

Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management
2. Male/Female, max 30 years old
3. Minimum 1 year experience as Recruitment Officer
4. Knowing Function Instrumental Psychologycal Test
5. Good in english both oral and written
