.As Asst.Office Manager you will be Support the Office and Projects departments and related to office Administration, in accordance with the procedures and File, follow-up to incoming and outgoing correspondence and act as the contact person for the office, in accordance with the powers granted by the Manager, in order to support the Manager and the office and to contribute to the primary work process. You assist the Office Manager in her daily management of the departments of Office Management. Furthermore you will support Office Manager on services for expatriate, coordinate with agent for visa handling and work permit application .
You have a solid experience in the engineering sector, preferably in an engineering/oil & gas company. You are pro-active, take initative, are accurate in administration and controlling and most of all you are a natural organizer. Together with the office manager, you keep the overview of office needed and secretarial.

Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Good command of English, both in writing and speaking
· Minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in an Engineering Company
· Handling Secretarial & Administration
· Familiar with Expatriate Formalities
· Familiar with Office Procurement (PO, Invoice, Expense)
· Indonesian citizen
