Our client looking for an established Head of Trucking and Ocean Operations Manager to join and strengthen our Operations - Trucking team :
1 Head of Trucking Operations
Who we are looking for
Operational Efficiency & Process adherence mindset
• 5+ years’ experience in managing large trucking operations teams, preferably in a multinational company
• Experienced with financial management processes relating to forecasting, invoicing and job file profitability management
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is a preferred
Drive for Results
• Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
• Well organized when working under pressure
• Ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organization with focus on networking
• Ability to liaison and network with Customer Service, Procurement and Commercial
Team Management
• Ability to attract, develop & retain talent in the organization
• Experience in leading people & driving change management
2. Ocean Operations Manager

Around 5 years of industry experience especially in Ocean Forwarding, with part of the experience focusing on operations and/or customer service.
Ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organisation with focus on networking and collaboration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
Passion for service delivery and cost effectiveness – and for identifying how to constantly improve.
Ability to balance operational priorities with commercial imperatives.
Strong drive, initiative and engagement – ability to work self-directed and well organised.
Good speaking and writing English communication skills.
