Requirements:
1.1 Female Max 27 years
1.2 Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline;
1.3 Have an experience min. 2 years as Receptionist
1.4 Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
1.5 Good command at computer literate;
1.6 Independent, initiative, self-motivated personal professional integrity and good looking.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1.7 Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
1.8 Receive incoming guest internal & external
1.9 Providing up to date telephone list
1.10 Receive invoice from vendor, documents and received receipts for services
1.11 Maintain good relation with publics, third parties and parent companies.
1.12 Perform administrative support duties
1.13 Booked and coordinate for office operational car
1.14 Coordinating the meeting rooms and schedule.
1.15 Identifying and welcoming persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, direct and escort them to the meeting room or specific destination or person.
1.16 Support Office Manager on services for expatriate, coordinate with agent for visa handling and work permit application
1.17 Maintain smooth office service
1.18 Record and maintain office furniture
1.19 Record and maintain movement office vehicle
1.20 Maintain stationery and pantry supply
1.21 Maintain and record mailing for incoming and outgoing letter
