Urgently Required Proposal Engineer

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Proposal Engineer

Job Description:

Able to identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
Travel to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors
Coordinate tender preparation prior to submission, liaise with related departments for tender preparation, attend prebid meeting, maintain tender document, correspondence record
Have a good understanding  related to technical documents in order to prepare estimates
Ensure quality, safety and environmental requirements are accommodated in tender submissions.
Analyzing and selecting the best suppliers and subcontractors available
Scheduling engineering, procurement and construction activities.
Analyze and comment on proposed commercial terms of projects.
Ensure tender deadlines are met.
Keep constantly informed of actual site costs.
Develop an understanding of design and system requirements to enhance industry knowledge.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates
Able to evaluate a product's cost-effectiveness or profitability

Minimum Requirement:

Must have at least a Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (preferably on Mechnical/Piping/Electrical/Instrument, Industry) and at least three (3) years experience in cost estimating of major oil and gas production projects.
Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs for oil and gas production projects.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent standard in English
Available for immediate employment.
