The tasks of Office Manager will be as follows:
a. Provide support and facilitate project activities and the Secretariat team;
b. Manage the Secretariat office and deals with all logistics related
to the Secretariat;
c. Organize internal and external meetings;
d. Handle sensitive correspondence, and ensures proper documenting of
all Secretariat's activities and dealings;
e. Management of the financial aspect of the contracts and grants that
support the work of pproject;
f. Ensured timely preparation and distribution of various reports,
financial statements and coordination with other related projects;
g. Prepare agenda, arrangement, and written summary of project meeting, an
h. Act as a liaison between the secretariat, GOI and development partners.
The Office Manager should have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree (s-1) in Management or Economics with at least 5
years relevant experience in handling secretariat activities;
2. Experience in setting up a new office/project activity in
donor/multilateral funded projects;
3. Understanding of reporting standard and procedures in Government
organization as well as donor/multilateral agencies
4. ability to handle multitasking assignment covering office
administration, finance and personnel matters;
5. Good communication in English both written and spoken as well as
reporting skills;
6. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and
to operate effectively in a team environment.
