ExecuTrain of Jakarta offering training and workshop for computer skills, business skills and outbound program is seeking for ambitious young professionals to fill in the following position:

HELPDESK
With the following qualification:

Fresh graduated form reputable University (minimum 1 year working experience in related business in an advantage.
GPA 2.75.
Haven proven track record in similar position will be advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
Have strong knowledge in
1. MS-Office 2000,XP, 2003, and Cisco.
2. Install and configuration Operating System.
3. Windows XP, Windows 2000 Server and Professional, Windows 2003
Server.
4. Troubleshooting in hardware and Operating System.
5. Familiar with Networking.
6. System Administration with Active Directory (is an advantaged).
7. Messaging System (Exchange, Lotus Domino (is an advantaged)).

Self motivated Enthusiastic, Fast Learner and Result Oriented, Good Communication dan Willingness to work hard.
