National Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, propose and implement the short and long-term national promotion, sales and distribution plans for all products within the retail sector in order to meet share market, sales and profit objectives.Co-ordinate and control the
- promotion, sales and distribution activities within the retail sector, by managing and monitoring the Sales Managers to ensure the implementation of the National short- and long-term plans and the sales objectives are met.
- Co-ordinate with the retail sales team in establishing sales and distribution territories, and sales force allocation plan, in order to achieve maximum sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep updated with the market trends, monitor and evaluate the competitors' promotion and sales activities, and the key account clients' credibility, in order to identify and anticipate the business opportunities and threats within the retail market place.
- Prepare and propose an attractive and innovative sales and promotion package deal plan in consistent with the business strategy for the Company approval, in order to facilitate the sales achievement.
- Co-ordinate with the traditional channel and the modern channel clients in preparing the semester and yearly plans.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
