Factory Senior Manager - Agro Based Business

Our Client a Large Scale Agro Based Company, is URGENTLY looking for
the suitable individual to fill the following position in their
Factories in Sumatra (Lampung) :

FACTORY SENIOR MANAGER

Requirements:
30 - 40 Ages
University degree (S1 or S2) in Engineering or Management
At least 5-8 years of experience of relevant experience i.e. total
factory operation.
Hands-on experience in setting up and operation of an agro based factory
Finance, Administration and HR experience is an advantage
Hard working, achievement oriented, good business sense
Computer literate and Good command of English

Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth Factory operation and its profitability as independent
business unit
Budgetting and controlling the actuals.
Environment and community management
