ANTV Training Specialist, Human Resources Specialist

PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi or better known as ANTV comes as Indonesia's private television stations serving a variety of impressions of quality entertainment, interesting and add insight and knowledge of Indonesian society.

At first ANTV is a local television station that broadcasts in Lampung and the surrounding region.

We are currently seeking:

Training Specialist (TNS)
Responsibilities:

Make a related budget planning process development and training needs of employees, and supervising the use of precision
Create concept for program development and staff training
Identify, plan and evaluate the competency and skill development needs of staff and perform functions such as training or coaching development.

Requirements:

Male / Female, age approximately 30 years
Minimum S1
Having experience at least 3 (three) years in charge of Training
Has the ability to make the Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Concepts
Good communication and good cooperation
Creative and innovative

Human Resources Specialist (HRS)
Requirements:

Male / Female, age approximately 30 years
Minimum S1
Having experience at least 3 (three) years in charge of Compensation Benefit / Organization Development / Recruitment
Have knowledge on Job Analysis ,Job Evaluation ,Compensation Benefit Analysis and recruitment process
Mastering Labor Law
enjoys working with numbers, detail and administrative
Good communication and good cooperation
