qualifications:

1. Male, min age of 33 years old
2. Min. Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Have been min. 5 (five) years experience in Supervisory level
4. Fluent in English and computer literate
5. Understanding basic SHE standards at site
6. Willing to work at job sites
7. Having good skills in communication and negotiation with intern/extern parties
8. Able to work independently in leading a team at site (balikpapan, sangatta, berau)
9. Able to establish and maintain good working relationship with the Client
10. Assume responsibility to prepare and maintain operational budgets based on agreement/contracts allocated for the site
11. Able to maintain good communication with mining community
12. Range Salary: IDR 20.000.000 - 30.000.000 /negotiable depend on his experience
