§ Experience in estimating and scheduling will be an advantage
§ Able to work with both design engineers and field engineers to take projects from engineering level to construction. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams within the project environment.
§ Able to function effectively in both field and engineering office locations; i.e. manage and develop engineering solutions, able to manage and directly develop construction method statements, manage contractors and technical package Vendors.
§ Able to write professional technical reports in English Language.

2. Lead Civil/ Structural Engineer
§ Minimum bachelor degreein Civil (higher degree preferred)
§ Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering design, especially in mining structures; civil/ structure/ geotech
§ Understands engineering design process, from creating basic documents (specifications, design basis, etc.) up to detailing documents (calculations, drawings, etc.)
§ Skilledin analysis software (SAP 2000/ Staad Pro/ Prokon, etc.) and excellent in Excel spreadsheet and other office software.
§ Strong ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the works, supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinates.
§ Understand and expertise in detailing works (connections, anchors, embedments, etc)
3. Civil/ Structural Engineer
§ Minimum 4 years' experience in designing industrial steel building structures (preferably in mining industry), including loading, framing, modeling (using SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro or other similar software), connection detailing, designing foundations including anchors.
§ GPA min. 3,0 (scale A = 4)
4. Lead Mechanical Engineer
§ Minimum bachelor degree inMechanical Engineering
§ Minimum 15 years relevant experience
§ Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. would be an advantage

§ Familiar with FIDIC terms & conditions (white & yellow book), Incoterms 2001, tax regulations, insurance and risk management
§ Capable of undertaking commercial contract evaluations and drafting changes in English language.
7. Procurement
§ Bachelor degree in engineering; civil, mechanical or electrical is preferred
§ 4 – 8 years relevant experience in similar position preferably on mining and/or energy sector projects
§ Relevant experience on vendor expediting, technical clarification, Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE's) for equipment and contractorswith ability to manage projectprocurement schedules. Experience in QMS or similar dedicated procurement software well regarded.
