Reporting to: CDSP Project Manager
 

Summary of Position:
Working closely with the Indonesian National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), CDSP program aim to maintain a group of National Technical assistant consultants for BNPB including up to 5 local disaster management and disaster Risk reduction program analyst based in targeted provinces as identified by BNPB and AIFDR.
The CDSP Regional Technical Assistant is responsible to the CDSP Project Manager to assist in the delivery of efficient and economical management in support of Consultants’ program activities.
The Regional Technical Assistant will need to work independent and provide sound administrative and logistics assistance directly to the AIFDR –CDSP National Consultants ensuring that all deliverables are compliant to project policies and procedures as detailed by the Project Manager.
Within the context of this position is the requirement to perform other duties, as required, to ensure all mandated services are delivered as per the scope of the contract.
 
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

· Foster a strong relationships with project stakeholders, HKL, AIFDR and BNPB,
· Provide logistical support for program activities as required under specific terms of reference (TOR)
· Forecast and source resources needed to achieve project activites within budget allocations,
· Organise and manage the preparation, implementation and completion of the program activity, including but not limited to travel arrangement, training kits procurement, duplications etc
· Proactively handle and manage changes in project activities
· Carryout all routine tasks to ensure project activities are delivered to expected standards and within budget constraints,
· Where required to ensure travel, accommodation and meeting venues are booked and suitable for the purpose;
· Manage a petty cash account to support allocated projects, ensuring the safe guard of any monies allocated to support the project; and
· Undertake short and long duration travel to support AIFDR-CDSP target areas,
· Ability to be stationed in one of the AFIDR-CDSP Target areas as detailed in this job description,
· Acquit all project activities within 5 days of completion of the activity ensuring all financial reconciliations are accurate and compliant to company processes.

Communication and Reporting Requirements:

· Prepare reports on Consultants’ activites, such as budget, payment method and budget expenditure as requested by the Project Manager;
· Work directly to the AIFRD- CDSP Consultant on a daily basis when undertaking Consultant Projects;
· Communicate frequently and as required to the CDSP Project Manager on general and critical tasking;
· Identify and report any noncompliance to company processes or procedures to the CDSP Project Manager, and
· Conform to and foster all company policies and procedures.
 
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Degree or Diploma in Business or Secretary with minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative, secretarial and/or office management duties;

6. Senior Technician – Mechanical


Primary Purpose of the Job:

7. Technician I – Mechanical

Principal Duties:

·           Report to Manager Planning & Control, Department of Planning & Control, Supply Chain Management Division.

·           Analyze User Procurement Plan (UPP) for goods and services in order to obtain the best strategic recommendation in procurement method, procurement strategy, bundling based on category, etc.

·           Based on the UPP analyses develop the Annual Procurement Plan (APP) recommendation for Contract Review Committee (CRC) approval.

·           Encourage user departments to execute the realization of APP of the respective department.

·           Prepare report on the realization of APP.

·           Act as Contract Review Committee (CRC) Secretary’s Assistant.

·           Introduce and conduct continues improvement related to SCM planning and control activities

Requirements:


ü  Minimum University Degree in any major from reputable public or private university.

ü  GPA minimum of 3.00.  

ü  Have 5 years working experiences and minimum 3 years in procurement process or as contract administrator or as contract engineer.

ü  Mastering in SKK MIGAS procurement guideline

ü  Good knowledge and skill in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management, Procurement regulation and other related government in oil & gas industry, Computer Literacy.

ü  Preferable certifications possessed:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our company as : CLERK COST CONTROL.

The position is contract base.

 

Clerk Cost Control to Finance and Accounting

 

Principal Duties:

·           Report to Superintendent of Cost Control, Department of Finance and Accounting.

·           to provide Superintendent of cost control with accurate financial information on project costs and revenues ensuring that project performance reporting has integrity as is aligned with the financial ledgers and accounting policies of the Group.

·           The role requires rigorous cost control techniques to be applied to ensure costs are managed within budgets and approved bid values.

·           Role of Budgeting, consists of :

·         Assist Controller to prepare annual budget through Work Program & Budget (WP&B) which is mainly figured as presented in Exploration and Development Expenditure (BS_4), General Administration Expenditure (BS_11).

·         Assist Controller to prepare budget revision after half year budget execution through WP&B Revision

·           Role of Monitoring, consists of:

·         Assist Controller to prepare monitoring report of  projects spending  ( details of approved budget, revision made, completion of job, and  actual spending as generally reported in Schedule 15 of Financial Quarterly Report)

·         Control spending of projects through AFE to be in line with PP 79 (now updated as PP 79 Revision) regarding considerations on cost recovery mechanism

·         Maintain general & Administration cost center for proper recording

·         Determine the budget exceeded for further process.

·         Monitoring update Facilities & Movable (as per request)

·           Role of Reporting, consists of:

·         Support financial explanation for actual spending of projects and provide objective evidence for inquiries from SKKMIGAS

·         Prepare budget monitoring (report 15) through Financial Quarterly Report (FQR)

·         Prepare monthly drilling schedule (Accrual & Actual)

·           Role of Administration, consists of:

·         Maintain AFE original approved by SKKMIGAS in database include approval and correspondence

·         Upload budget per line schedule 19 & 20 and header info for AFE Development/Exploration

·         Validity of local & group currency in the system

·         Maintain journal voucher and AFE document

·         Check AFE data (numbering refer to our register, amount, plan period to be spent, attachment)

·         Maintain the Approval verbal & formal (SKK Migas), approved schedule SKK Migas, correspondence

·         Assist Controller in preparing the report for budget supplement of Internal Authorize for Expenditures (IAFE)

·         Update Facilities & Movable (as per request)

·         Interface with internal customers

 

Requirements:


ü  Minimum D3 Degree in any major from reputable public or private university.  

ü  GPA minimum of 3.00.  

ü  Preferrable having experience in similar position or similar responsibilities.

ü  Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)

ü  Enjoy examine detailed information, able to work under pressure and to learn fast, painstakingly careful and accurate, and have good interpersonal skill.

tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan tindak pidana kejahatan;


4)
tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;


5)
tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri;


6)
mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan;


7)
berkelakuan baik;


8)
sehat jasmani dan rohani.





b.
Persyaratan Khusus


1.
Ijazah pelamar yang diakui adalah Ijazah yang diperoleh dari:



a)
Perguruan Tinggi Negeri;



b)
Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dengan program studi minimal terakreditasi B oleh BAN-PT, yang masih berlaku pada saat kelulusan; atau



c)
Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang diakui oleh Kementerian yang membidangi urusan pendidikan nasional, dibuktikan dengan penetapan/penyetaraan ijazah dari Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, dan disertai dengan konversi IPK dalam skala 4 (apabila Perguruan Tinggi tersebut tidak menggunakan skala 4).


2)
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar minimal 3,0 (tiga koma nol);


3)
untuk pelamar formasi jabatan Pranata Fotografi, wajib melampirkan sertifikat keahlian fotografi.


4)
untuk pelamar formasi jabatan Dokter Gigi Pertama, telah menyelesaikan masa bakti sebagai dokter gigi dengan melampirkan Surat Keterangan Masa Bakti dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI, yang ditandatangani oleh Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi.


5)
untuk pelamar formasi jabatan Perawat Pelaksana:



a)
memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Unit Gawat Darurat/Emergency minimal 2 (dua) tahun, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Bekerja dari instansi tempat bekerja;



b)
melampirkan Sertifikat Pelatihan Penanggulangan Gawat Darurat (PPGD) atau Basic Life Support (BTLS) dan Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).










8.
Pendaftaran:

a.
setiap pelamar harus melakukan pengisian formulir pendaftaran secara online dari tanggal 20 Agustus 2014 s.d. 3 September 2014, melalui portal Panitia Seleksi Nasional/Panselnas (http://panselnas.menpan.go.id) yang terdiri dari nama lengkap pelamar, Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), tanggal lahir, pilihan instansi yang ingin dilamar, dan alamat email;

b.
pelamar yang telah selesai mengisi formulir pendaftaran akan mendapatkan user id dan password yang dikirimkan ke alamat email masing-masing, paling lambat dalam waktu 1 x 24 jam setelah selesai mendaftar;

c.
pelamar yang telah mendapatkan user id dan password, diwajibkan mengisi kembali formulir pendaftaran melalui Sistem Penerimaan CPNS Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (www.setneg.go.id) dengan menggunakan user id dan password tersebut, yang terdiri dari:


1)
data pribadi: nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP)/Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), nama, gelar pendidikan, tempat dan tanggal lahir, agama, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, alamat lengkap tempat tinggal, kota/kabupaten, provinsi, kode pos, telepon rumah/telepon selular, dan alamat email, serta data pribadi lain yang diperlukan;


2)
data pendidikan: asal perguruan tinggi, status perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta), program studi/jurusan, nomor Ijazah, dan nilai IPK;


3)
data formasi: kode dan nama jabatan yang dilamar;

d.
pelamar yang telah selesai mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online, harus masuk kembali ke account Sistem Penerimaan CPNS Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (www.setneg.go.id), dengan menggunakan user id dan password masing-masing, untuk mengirimkan (upload) lampiran pendaftaran yang terdiri dari:


1)
ijazah terakhir dan surat keterangan akreditasi untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang tidak mencantumkan akreditasi pada ijazahnya (dalam format PDF, minimal 100 KB, maksimal 500 KB);


2)
transkrip nilai prestasi akademik (dalam format PDF, minimal 100 KB, maksimal 500 KB);


3)
KTP (dalam format JPG, maksimal 200 KB);


4)
pasfoto terbaru dengan latar belakang warna merah ukuran 4X6 (dalam format JPG, maksimal 100 KB);

e.
khusus bagi pelamar yang mempergunakan ijazah perguruan tinggi di luar negeri, harus menyertakan secara on line surat penetapan pengakuan sederajat dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (dalam format PDF).










9.
Seleksi Administrasi:

a.
Panitia akan melakukan seleksi administrasi secara on line terhadap formulir pendaftaran dan berkas lamaran dengan melakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan nilai IPK;

b.
jumlah pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi secara on line sebanyak-banyaknya 20 x jumlah lowongan formasi berdasarkan peringkat nilai IPK tertinggi;

c.
pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi secara on line, akan diumumkan melalui situs internet resmi Kementerian Sekretariat Negara www.setneg.go.id, pada tanggal 9 September 2014;

d.
pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi secara on line, akan dilakukan verifikasi berkas oleh Panitia pada tanggal 11 September 2014 sampai dengan 16 September 2014, sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan;

e.
pada saat verifikasi berkas, Pelamar diwajibkan datang langsung (tidak diwakilkan), dengan membawa:


1)
Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian, yang dapat di-download melalui account system masing-masing peserta, dan ditempel pasfoto terbaru dengan latar belakang warna merah ukuran 4 x 6 cm;


2)
Ijazah (asli) dan Surat Penetapan/Penyetaraan Ijazah dari Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (bagi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri), serta surat keterangan akreditasi untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang tidak mencantumkan akreditasi pada ijazahnya;


3)
transkrip nilai prestasi akademik (asli);


4)
KTP (asli);


5)
pasfoto terbaru dengan latar belakang warna merah ukuran 4X6 sebanyak 2 lembar.

f.
bagi pelamar yang lulus verifikasi berkas, Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujiannya akan disahkan dengan dibubuhi stempel/cap dinas dan berhak mengikuti Tes Kompetensi Dasar;

g.
bagi pelamar yang terbukti mengirimkan berkas kelengkapan administrasi yang tidak benar/palsu, dinyatakan tidak lulus verifikasi berkas dan tidak dapat mengikuti ujian, serta harus bertanggung jawab dan siap diberikan sanksi pidana.










10.
Materi dan Jadwal Ujian:

a.
Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD), terdiri dari:


1)
Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK);


2)
Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU);


3)
Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP);


yang akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Computer Assisted Test (CAT)

b.
Tes Kompetensi Bidang (bagi yang dinyatakan lulus TKD), terdiri dari:


1)
Tes Tertulis Bahasa Inggris;


2)
Tes Wawancara Substansi;










11.
Lain-lain:

a.
pelamar/peserta seleksi, tidak dipungut biaya;

b.
biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti proses seleksi, ditanggung oleh masing-masing peserta;

c.
bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seluruh proses seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan panitia sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta rupiah), yang akan disetorkan ke Kas Negara;

d.
Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNS Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Tahun 2014 bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
