5. Mechanical Engineer (PE)

6. OHS Executive (OHS)

2. Rotating Planner, Qualification :

3 Years or 2 TARs experience as rotating planner/project/planning engineer in TAR or green/brown fields project within oil&gas industry
Possession of good working knowledge on P&Ids gas turbine & compressor configuration/ components, pumps, process isolation/de-isolation, lock out and tag out, rotating equipment consumables, applicable codes (e.g. ASME, ASTM,ANSI,etc)
Proficient with gas turbine, compressor and pump components, work execution and test plan
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, MS Project)

3.  Electrical/Instrumentation Planner, Qualification :

D3 – Mechanical Engineering
3 Years or 2 TARs experience as electrical or instrumentation planner/project/planning engineer in TAR or green/brown fields project within oil&gas industry
Possession of good working knowledge on P&Ids & single line diagrams, control system (e.g. temperature, vibration, pressure, level control, etc) low medium voltage electrical configuration, instrumentation/electrical consumables, lock out and tag out, electrical isolation/de-isolation, PSV, control valves (including actuators) measuring device calibration, applicable codes (e.g. IEC, API)
Proficient with electrical/instrumentation material commodity (e.q sensors, control valve components, cabling/wiring, tubing, panels,etc)  work execution and test plan
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, MS Project)


4. Civil Planner, Qualification :

D3 – Mechanical Engineering
3 Years or 2 TARs experience as civil planner/project/planning engineer in TAR or green/brown fields project within oil&gas industry
Possession of good working knowledge on scaffolding, insulation (hot&cold) civil work (e.g. earthwork, concrete) bund wall containment, painting, applicable codes(e.g. JIS-Scaffolding, SNI, PBI, AISC)
Proficient with civil, scaffolding, insulation, painting material commodity,  work execution and test plan
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, MS Project)

5. Lifting Planner,  Qualification :

D3 – Mechanical Engineering
3 Years or 2 TARs experience as lifting planner/project/planning engineer in TAR or green/brown fields project within oil&gas industry
Proficient with various lifting methods (e.g mobile crane, overhead crane, pedestal crane, chain blocks, etc) including associated risks and mitigation plan, lifting gears (e.g. slings, pad eyes, shackles, etc) lifting plan development, load chart reading, lifting equipment and gear selection
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, AutoCad)

6. Scheduler, Qualification :

D3 – Engineering
5 Years relevants experience as scheduler in TAR or green/brown fields project
Possession of good working knowledge on various field work methodology, critical path method, resource loading plan, progress measurement, reporting
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, MS Project, Primavera)
Primavera training certification required

7.Drafter, Qualification :

Senior High School or Equivalent
5 years relevant experience in applicable design drafting
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor, AutoCad)
AutoCad training certification required

8. Job Officer, Qualification

D3 – Engineering (e.g mechanical or civil or electrical or instrumentation)
8 Years relevant experience in oil&gas industry, including 4 years or 4 TARs experience as field supervisor in TAR or green/brown fields projects
Possession of good working knowledge on various field work methodology and supervisory, lifting plan, constructability review, job risks assessment and mitigation plan, plant system handover methodology , field resource management

9. GoC Officer, Qualification :

D3 – Engineering (e.g mechanical or civil or electrical or instrumentation)
3 Years or 2 TARs experience as field QA/QC representative/supervisor in TAR or green/brown fields projects within oil&gas industry
Possession of good working knowledge on applicable codes/standards, InspectionTest Plan (ITP), QA plan system handover methodology (including commissioning and start-up work process) handover package development (final dossier)
Computer literacy (e.g spread sheet, word processor)

10. GoC Administrator , Qualification :

D3 – Engineering (e.g mechanical or civil or electrical or instrumentation)
3 Years or 2 TARs experience as field QA/QC representative/supervisor in TAR or green/brown fields projects within oil&gas industry
Possession of good working knowledge on Inspection Test Plan (ITP), field QAQC checklist and records, handover package development (final dossier)

12. Material Administrator , Qualification :

Job Requirements:

Must have at least a Technical School, Diploma, Bachelor degree in Civil and or CAD and at least two (2) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of site development, foundation and superstructure work for oil & gas, power plant, or industrial plant facilities. Especialy for Civil Drafter must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs; AutoCad Civil 3D and Land Desktop Development


4. SENIOR MECHANICAL STATIC ENGINEER (SSE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical design and check engineering procedures, specifications and standards.

• Review MTO and cost estimate

• Evaluate and establish Long Lead Items List for equipment packages and equipment criticality

• Prepare and check the basis of design, specifications, data sheets, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and drawings.

• Provide technical recommendations on the selection of equipment to meet Project requirements.

• Check and review vendor proposals, documentation and drawings.

• Participate in project, client and vendor meetings.

• Provide Input to Construction Sub Contract and evaluate bids

Job requirements:

• Must each have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and the overall experience should be twelve (12) years and at least eight (8) years total experience, including seven (7) years minimum experience in engineering of oil and gas projects,

• Be able to demonstrate a track record in the design, specification and engineering of Pressure Vessels (PD5500 / ASME VIII), Heat Exchangers (TEMA) and Storage Tanks, etc

• Be computer literate and have working knowledge of design software and databases.



5. JUNIOR MECHANICAL STATIC ENGINEER (JSE)
Responsibilities:

• Shall assist in the Mechanical engineering and design


Job requirements:

• Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, including mechanical equipment and lay out

6. Mechanical Drafter (PDD)

• Shall assist in the process engineering and design Work


Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and at least five (5) years of applicable experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities.

• Must be familiar with the applicable codes and standards and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.


12. SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER (SPE)

Responsibilities:

• Shall develop piping layout design concepts, project piping and valve specifications, perform piping stress calculations, and implement Government regulations and industry codes and standards.

• Shall be responsible for all piping engineering and construction activities for the full duration of the Work


Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and the over all experience should be twelve (12) years and at least eight (8) years total experience, including five (5) years minimum experience in engineering and construction of oil and gas projects, including piping systems, plot plans, and equipment layouts.

• Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have each been responsible, as principle engineers, for the piping engineering and design of at least one other project with similar equipment and mechanical systems

• Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs; HYSIS, CESAR, etc

• Shall have participated in at least two (2) successful EPCI project , as Lead Engineer, within the last six (6) years and must have demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise piping engineering and design personnel and interface with other the engineering disciplines.
