POSITION TITLE: Treasurer - Jakarta
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
In charge of all payments and cash operations, and the management of all bank accounts
- Administer and be responsible for the Company's main Cash facilities (USD, EUR, IDR) as per Cash Management MSG policies
- Manage and Report position of the main cash on a daily basis and ready to be audited at any time.
- Daily Operation Activity (IDR, USD, EUR, etc)
- Payment instruments (Citidirect Online Banking, BNIdirect, Banque ENI SA, , deposit to Citibank & BNI and cheques facility, invoices, salaries) providing full accountability
- Daily generating cash/bank balance report and administering documents related to payment
- Monitoring and Prepare the daily of bank balance and reported Head of Treasury
- Ensuring all out going payments was successfully executed without rejection by daily check balance and any rejections must be reported and corrected immediately
- Treasury accounting
- Filing, Safe-Keep of Legal Document etc.
- Assist on monthly closing and Generate Payments
- Provide assistance to the Finance section during the monthly closing routine. This includes distributing various monthly reports to partners, Head Office, SKK MIGAS and other departments
- Payroll Review & work closely with HR/payroll specialist for funding the bulk payroll funds – Citidirect & BNIdirect (Citibank & BNI)
- Responsible to put an end to the case if information is not corrected through EBS with Citiservice, and BNI TBS service
- Assist in monitoring operating bank accounts/ cash management including:
· Account balances
· Bank rates
· Foreign Exchange and
· Bank documentations
- Responsible and work closely with tax section for all tax payments
- Update & maintain the weekly tax rate
- Prepare bank reconciliations (IDR&USD) - (35 bank reconciliation reports)
- Maintain good relationship with banks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in relevant discipline (Economics, Accounting)
- Training and Courses:
· Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
- English (fluent) and Indonesian (fluent)
- At least 5 years' experience in a Treasury environment, preferably with oil & gas industry experience

· Knowledge of treasury functions, treasury accounting and banking systems.

POSITION TITLE: Government Relation Specialist - Jakarta
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Conducting business meetings with employers and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Maintain an awareness of changes in the local business market, identify new opportunities
- Develop a program of communication to underpin relationships with external stakeholder, including written communication and online media

POSITION TITLE: Permit & Licence Specialist - Jakarta Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Work and coordinate with related departments to initiate and develop list of permit and/or license requirements for Company projects and/or other operations and classify based on the type of permits
- Collect data and information - based on regulations and practices – regarding required processes in obtaining different kinds of permits and socialize these processes to related parties of interest
- Proactively provide advices to operating units (related departments) regarding required non-technical permits/ licences related to the operations and assist them in obtaining the required permits/licences to support their operations
- Manage and/or coordinate the engagement of third-party service providers if necessary to obtain company's required non-tehnical permits/licences

POSITION TITLE: Legal Land Manager - Jakarta WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 10 years of experience (holding senior position/managerial position) in managing land acquisition in large-scale project (+200 ha) (preferably similar size/international infrastructure project company).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing legitimate and viable land acquisition strategy and managing its implementation
Managing and developing a robust legal land team
Prepare and/or review documentation and/or reporting related to land acquisitions (eg. Consent Form, Surat Pernyataan Kepemilikan Tanah, Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Lahan, Surat Pernyataan Ahli Waris, PPJB, AJB and Issuance of Sertipikat Tanah);
Develop networks and represent the Company in appearing before any and all relevant authorities and
organizations, private institutions, legal entities and individuals relating to land acquisition matters (eg. State
Minister of Agraria/National Land Agency (BPN), Gubernur, Bupati/Walikota, Camat, Lurah/Kepala Desa,
Notary/PPAT and other relevant stakeholders);
Submit, supervise, monitor and manage the processing of any and all licensing/permit relating to land
acquisition to be/being processed by any and all relevant authorities and organizations as to avoid any
possible delay or hindrance in the processing of such licenses/permits (eg. Izin Lokasi, Izin Prinsip).
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Legal and member of the High Management.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor Degree of Law from Reputable University
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS WHICH HAVE RELATION WITH DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONS Strong academic credentials.
An understanding and demonstrated ability to handle and mange resolve complex land acquisition issues, with substantial experience in developing land acquisition strategy and managing its implementation including liaising and interfacing with Government authorities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized and extremely detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Must work successfully without supervision under pressure and handle all situations with the highest
degree of professionalism.
POSITION TITLE: QC Supervisor – Structural
QC Supervisor – Piping
QC Supervisor – E & IPOSITION LOCATION: Batam, Indonesia • QC for 6 months starting from Feb / March 2015.
• The supervisor must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia having to deal in site with local personnel
• Resident in Batam is a preference
• Foster Wheeler and/or Chevron reference are high qualifying point.

POSITION TITLE: Procurement Manager - Batam
Purpose of this Position:
The prime purpose of this position is to manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, tools and equipment and other items required by the Company for its projects and facilities, and the systems associated therewith, to ensure that the Company achieves its cost, schedule, quality, client commitment, and business continuity objectives all with the integrity and efficiency expected of a world class oil and gas industry operation.
REPORTING AND STRUCTURE:
The position reports to the General Manager – Batam Facility.
The position interfaces closely with the GM Projects, GM Production and Facilities Manager, as well as Technical and Quality Managers and the Finance Manager.
Buyers, Procurement Officers, and Procurement clerical staff report to this position.
LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:
Authority to issue Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requisitions.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
· Engineering degree or equivalent
· Relevant qualifications and experience in Supply Chain Management at a senior level
· Knowledge of Incoterms 2000

POSITION TITLE: Sr. Technical Engineer - Batam
Minimum Requirements for this position are as follows :
QUALIFICATION : Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineer (ME can be also considered)
OTHER COURSE : NDT Level 2 in PT/UT/MT/RT, CSWIP/AWS Welding Inspector, ISO Internal/Lead Auditor
EXPERIENCE : 4 years to 6 years on any fabrication shop with GTAW/TIG experience under Welding or QC Discipline, with at least 2 years as a Welding Engineer or QC Engineer
KNOWLEDGE ON : Welding Process, Defect analysis, Material properties, QMS, NDT, Corrosion
CODES AND STANDARDS : Familiar with ASME, AWS, DNV, API, ASTM and ISO relevant
COMMINICATION : Should be very fluent in English and able to develop Welding (WPS, PQR, WOPQ/WPQ) and other relevant procedures. (able to speak Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage)
During interview, the question were related to welding qualifications, knowledge on ASME Codes (mostly Sec IX, II), Properties of materials, failure modes and testing methods.
