Bukit Energy is a young, rapidly expanding, conventional and unconventional player in the Indonesian upstream energy sector. The company’s objective is to develop a first class portfolio of shortcycle conventional exploration opportunities and to position itself for the unconventional resource play currently evolving in Indonesia. Bukit has successfully achieved its original goal of establishing a material acreage position in Indonesia. It presently has equity in five Production Sharing Contracts (“PSC”) covering nearly 1.4 million net acres. The Kisaran PSC has an oil and gas discovery which has been appraised and is expected to yield first oil in 2015. Additionally, both exploration and appraisal drilling activities are planned for 2015 across the other PSCs. 1. Senior Reservoir Engineer
This is a key role and the position provides a rare opportunity to directly influence the continuing growth of the company. The variety of technical and commercial challenges, exposure to different asset cycle stages and direct access to senior management provide a stimulating and dynamic work environment. Applications are invited from Indonesian citizens who have a broad background in reservoir engineering and are ready to take the next step in their career development.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering essential, preferably with a Post Graduate Petroleum Engineering qualification
• Candidates with at least 15 years experience sought, though exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered
• Operating experience, preferably onshore, preferred. Overseas experience, though not essential, will be highly regarded
• Experience of a wide range of projects, including new business opportunity evaluation, field appraisal, gas and oil field developments, reservoir management
• Strong analytical evaluation skills
• Expert user of Petroleum Engineering software
• Working knowledge of other disciplines including geoscience, drilling, subsurface engineering and commercial
• Proactive, demonstrated ability to work in a deadline driven, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Demonstrable project management skills essential

2. HSE Manager
Provide HSE management system support and assurance of implementation in the area of HSE requirements and regulation to support Exploration campaign and other activities. This includes monitoring, reporting and updating of HSE specifications, procedures and plan/programs implementation throughout the Exploration campaign and other activities in compliance with local, national and international HSE requirements. Conducting training in all required locations; auditing work practices; investigating and advising line management and personnel of all matters related to HSE issues or concerns and preparing appropriate recommendations.

Will be responsible to provide high quality leadership delivery and management of HR & External Affairs services to Management, Company, employees, and external stakeholders. These services include policy development and interpretation in HR & External Affairs system. The incumbent will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of all HR & External Affairs processes as well initiate continuous improvement programmes.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social/Management Sciences. Relevant Higher degree and professional Human Resources qualification will be and added advantage
• Candidates with at least 15 years experience sought, though exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered
• Operating and Exploration experience, preferably onshore.
