JAC Indonesia are opening vacancies for our well known Manufacturing Client:
Factory Manager (Reports to Operational Director)
- Around 20 years work experience
- Someone who is Reliable, Leader, Firm and Team Player.
- Good with budgeting (make project budget, monitor & control the budget).
- Good with management skills (work, time, People) and Project Schedule (make the schedule, monitor & control the schedule)
- Able to speak English well both written and verbal.

Maintenance Department Head (Reports to Factory Manager)
- Good mechanical, electrical/instrument knowledge & experience
- Around 15 years experience.
- Someone who can create a maintenance system, implement it on the field, monitor/control the progress & improve the system all the time. Continuous improvement is required.
- Able to do some calculation, such as budgeting & bill of quantity calculation, especially for projects.
- Can bring positive impact to the surroundings.
- Good Technical Skills & Soft/Human Related Skills.
- Can work under pressure & who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can think outside the box & provide solutions.

Power Plant Department Head (Reports to Factory Manager)
- Experience in running & managing power plant.
- Used to running & managing Circulated Fluidized Boiler (CFB), Back Pressure Turbines & Extraction Condensing Turbine.
- Capable in Energy Reduction & Cost Efficient.
- Good management skills (work, time, PEOPLE).
- Good with budgeting (make project budget, monitor & control the budget).
- Good with Project Schedule (make the schedule, monitor & control the schedule)
- Capable to monitor/control the progress & improve the system all the time. Continuous improvement is required.
- Someone who can work under pressure & who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is Reliable, Leader, Firm and Team Player.
