PROJECT MANAGER
Type of Contract: Permanent Position
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will manage a team of consultants working in multiple locations. The Project Manager will be responsible for a large portfolio of projects and will manage Project SLAs. This position is for an ex-perienced Project Manager who will work closely with clients mainly in the Telecommunication Sector.
The Project Manager will:
1. Lead and manage a team for a system implementation project
2. Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
3. Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback
4. Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is deliv-ered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations
5. With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans
6. Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
7. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Manage re-lationships with all suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract
8. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and tran-sitions
9. Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes
10. Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor's expectations
11. Responsible for management report, for internal PMO team and also client PMO team.
12. Work together with vendors to deliver the project, and become customer advocate for every things re-lated to project and future engagement.
13. Manage onsite and offsite resources with different background (different culture, country, etc).
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in IT large scale system integration project (Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Ware-housing, DB Migration, Security, etc)
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences in project management
3. Strong communication skills, equally adept at people, business management and MS Project.
4. Skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, prob-lem solving and conflict management.
5. PMP Certified is preferable
6. Excellent skills in work plan management, management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources
7. Proven ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
8. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
9. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa and English
10. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
11. Preferable has been working in IT consulting with similar role
12. Has deliver implementation project with multimillion value
