You must :

Understand Production
Process Engineering
Understand work
Planning in Engineering office eg: make milestone, schedule
etc
Understand to guide
Drawing in 2D & 3D, good understanding in give support
view.
Understand Mechanical
Engineering.
Fluent in English
(spoken and written).Preferably living in Bandung
