further expand our business, We are looking for highly motivated and
passionate professional to fill the following position:
*IT Helpdesk (based in Cikarang-EJIP)*
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
1. Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported
applications and determine source of computer problems (hardware, software,
user access, etc.).
2. Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems.
3. Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over
the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections.
4. Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to
resolve issues.
5. Update information on Helpdesk Ticketing System (Progress, Record
Historical Solution as knowledge base).
6. Manage Computer Inventory from Acquisition to disposal.
7. Work closely with Technical Support and IT Manager, Team Work
8. Willing to be located on Customer Site: Cikarang-EJIP

Requirements:*
1. Female, Diploma/S1 Degree.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skill, and able to present the
solution to customer.
3. Having 1 year working experiences as Helpdesk (fresh graduate are
welcome).
4. Fluent in English written and oral.
5. Broad knowledge of Hardware and Software, Customer Oriented, Team
Work.
6. Preferred familiar with Lotus Notes Email application.
7. Having good personalities and good appearance.
