of non-alcoholic, ready to drink product and soft drinks of an
international brand which widely consumed by all level of society,
education and work groups. The company has been a catalyst in respect
of the introduction and the application of business systems,
technologies and practices to the beverage industry.

In line with its company growth, is looking for highly qualified and
dedicated professional to be part of its winning team, as;

MARKETING MANAGER

This position's objective is to drive a progressive and sustainable
increase in consumption frequency across the portfolio through an
integrated range of innovative and effective consumer strategies which
engage and excite the consumer and are based on relevant consumer
insights and marketing intelligence. The incumbent will have direct
reporting line to Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

Leads the development of the business plan for the portfolio,
synthesizing brand strategies and plans and negotiating approval with
senior level management.
Leads the development of communication strategy for the portfolio of brands.
Leverages company system knowledge, especially in the Asia Pacific
Group and key countries to accelerate brand performance. Cascade
learning's within the system and transfers best practices.
Maintains a passion for consumer knowledge – actively seek to
understand our consumers, behavior and lifestyle trends and how these
can be harnessed by the brands.
Guides the focus areas of brand monitoring to crystallize
understanding of key performance results and drivers


The Requirements of this position are shown below:

Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2
Proficiency good track records minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
Have experiences as Senior Brand Manager minimums 2 years
Preferably from multinational company of related industry and familiar
in handling reputable international brand
Superior communication skills to present and rationalize analyses and
recommendations;
Solid Commitment to developing others in ongoing development of Brand Team.
Superior strategic and analytical thinker;
Superior strength in strategic planning and application of marketing tools;
Good proficiency in spoken and written English


An attractive remuneration package including incentive bonus scheme
would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experience
of the candidates.
