vacancy Tender & Contract Administrative Assistant

PT. Wira Insani, an Oil & Gas Service Company is looking for a Tender
& Contract Administrative Assistant with the following qualifications:

Possess work experience in tendering or bidding is preferred.
Fluency in English language is a must.
Good computer (word processing and other applications) skills is required.
Possess excellent communications skills, leadership skills and a good
team player.
Able to work with flexible hours, such as weekends and/or holidays.
Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline.
Able to work under pressures.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Nature and Scope of Work:

Maintaining daily tender announcement
Coordinating
with other related departments (local and International) involved in
the tender preparation process including liaising with company's legal
departments.
Verifying the completeness of all tender documents and its
confidentiality prior to submission.
Preparing Bank Guarantee (Bid Bond) for Tender requirements
Preparing Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) for Contract requirements
Collecting the original Bonds that has been expired to be canceled
Preparing Customs Bonds when required by import and re-export equipment
Ensuring all Customer's requirements and contract have been covered
and submitted on time for each tender.
Maintaining tender logs properly and updated.
Distributing contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties.
