LOWONGAN MINING OPERATIONAL MANAGER, Mining Engineer

Mining Operation Manager – site location

Responsibility:
You will be tasked with leading our mining teams in developing and implementing safe work practices, setting and achieving performance goals, developing and auditing work procedures, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in order to ensure lower costs and better mining performance.

Your duties will also include, but not limited to:
• Preparing and reviewing mining budgets
• Manage the contractual aspects of the mining contracting business
• Manage the cost control and reporting against budget of maintenance costs
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationship

Requirements:
• Educational background: Min S1/Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related field from reputable university (local/overseas)
• Working Experience: Min. 7 years hands on experience in mining
• Good analytical skills
• Computer skills, particularly related to mining applications
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and monitoring skills
• Posses license /certificate of POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) or KTT (Kepala Tehnik Tambang)
• Willingness to be placed at Kolaka site, Southeast Sulawesi
