INVOICE SUPPORTING STAFF
Main responsibilities:
· Support business units on Invoice production and collecting supporting documents
· Together with Project Manager to liaise with the Clients and maintain good communication with them.
· Support Finance Department with required reporting
Qualifications:
· Male / Female max. 28 years old.
· No specific educational background and experience required but accounting, finance or business administration will have advantage to be hired permanently. Fresh graduates are preferred, while 1-2 year experienced people are still acceptable.
· The position will be on 6-month contract basis, with entry level as Junior Executive. But there is possibility for permanent employment based on performance and capability.
· to have their own vehicle/motorcycle will be an advantage.
