Operation Support Administration (Merak & Bengkulu)
Main responsibilities:
Prepare and report for transaction for petty cash report
Prepare and report for monthly draft invoice
Prepare monthly budget request
Issue cash to Base Manager for local purchasing as approved by jakarta
Prepare Job/Service request to vendor
Prepare and check time sheet and report
Check and review vendor quotation, SO/PO and invoice
Prepare Daily Activity report to be checked and reviewed by Base manager
Prepare and record daily toolbox meeting, personnel on board, minutes of meeting
Maintain office filling system
Maintain and update list of asset, employee , rental equipment ,facility
Planning and ordering hotels, airline tickets for official business trips
Assist base manager and project manager in correspondence and liaison with client and subcontractor
Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists
Comply with quality ,occupational safety, health and environmental current legislation and with other current requirements
Qualifications:
Male
Maximum age 28years old
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Having 2-4 years experience
A good team player
Fluent in English
Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
Interpersonal skills : tidy, good in numbers and detail, passion to learn
