1.      Civil/Structure Engineer (0001/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum bachelor degree in Civil (higher degree preferred)

§  Civil-Structure Engineer with 4 years experience in designing steel building structure (for mining is preferred), from loading, framing, modeling (using SAP2000 or STAADPro or other softwares), connection detailing, designing foundation includes anchor.

§  Ability to develop design specifications, design basis, Engineering calculations, MTOs, datasheets and specifications including technical RFQs and TBEs.

 

Responsibilities :

§  Designing structures

§  Making report

§  Providing sketch to designer & review drawing

§  Perform calculation based on Specification/Code

§  Report to Engineering Manager

 

2.      Lead Mechanical Engineer (0009/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum  S1/Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering

§  Above 15 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant in Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil & Gas experience will be an advantage

§  Minimum 5 years as a Lead Mechanical Engineer

§  Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. will be an advantage

§  Able to execute design and Engineering calculation, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ Package and TBE

§  Excellent Supervisory skills

§  Knowledge on Fabrication will be an advantage

§  Knowledge on mining bulk material handling system will be an advantage

 

Responsibilities :

§  Leading the Engineer and will be the person to ensure that the quality of Engineering deliverables meet the company quality standard and project requirements

§  To manage the resources to meet requirement of multiple project execution

§  To manage the resources to meet the project allocated budget for mechanical group

§  To manage and monitor the  Engineering work progress

3.      Lead Civil/ Structural Engineer (0006/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum bachelor degree in Civil (higher degree preferred)

§  Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design, especially in mining structures; Civil/ Structure/ Geotech

§  Understand engineering design process, from creating basic documents (specifications, design basis, etc.) up to detailing documents (calculations, drawings, etc.)

§  Excellent leadership skills

§  Masters analysis software: (SAP2000/StaadPro/Prokon, etc.) and excellent in Excel (Spread sheet), and other office software related

 

Responsibilities :

§  Having ability to work with Engineers in other Department (Mechanical, Electrical) to coordinate the job, supervising and monitoring/directing Engineers

§  Understand and masters detailing works such as connections, anchors, embed plates, etc.

§  Review and check all documents prior to submission

§  Review and assure that design is correct, meet standard/code/requirements and can be constructed easily

§  Maintain and assure that engineering works are on time delivered in a good quality

§  Record changes

§  Assure that company’s procedures are applied in all activities.

 

4.      Mechanical Engineer (0008/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum S1 Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering

§  Above 10 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience will be an advantage.

§  Familiar with mechanical Engineering software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. will be an advantage.

§  Able to execute design and engineering calculation, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ package and TBE.

§  Good leadership skills

5.      Document Controller (Site) - (0012/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum Diploma graduate from any major discipline.

§  Minimum 3 years work experiences as Project Document Controller with knowledge in handling EPC Projects.

 

Responsibilities :      

§  Good knowledge in Document Control Systems

§  Receive incoming documents, register, create transmittal note, submit documents and remind recipients to sign and return the transmittal.

§  File documents and maintain project filing and keeps revision history of hard copy documents and electronic file on a regular basis. Including technical documents, drawings, vendor data, client's comments, incoming and outgoing
documents, and correspondence.

§  Update Deliverable List, Documents, Vendor Data, Client's comments, and distribute latest revision documents to related person.

§  Generate Document Control Progress reports as required.

§  Provide administrative support to site team, ensure project deliverables are executed.

§  Communicating all issues occurred at Site to Jakarta office.

             

6.      Document Controller (JKT) - (0013/ENG)


Qualifications :

§  Minimum Diploma graduate from any major discipline.

§  Minimum 1-2 years work experiences as Document Controller in Engineering company, ISO company is preferred.

§  Proficient in QDMS software is a must

§  Good knowledge in Document Control Systems

 

Responsibilities :

§  Receive incoming documents, register, create transmittal note, submit documents and remind recipients to sign and return the transmittal.

§  Strong software skills: Ms. Office program, AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux

§  Familiar with PID drawing (preferable)

§  Ability to develop design specifications, design basis, Engineering calculations, MTOs, datasheets and specifications including technical RFQs and TBEs.

 

Responsibilities :

§  Design single line (SLD), Schematic, termination & any electrical drawing

§  Load calculation, cable sizing/schedule/earthing, lightning, etc.

§  Preparation datasheet, specification, MTO

 


8.      Planner / Scheduler (0024/TS)

Qualifications :

§  Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil background

§  2-4 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience will be an advantage

§  Having good knowledge about technical preferred mining or energy project scopes.

§  Excellent skills on Primavera & Ms-Project

 

Responsibilities :

§  Develop, update and monitor Project Master Schedule, Progress Measurement Plan, S-curve and Manpower Plan for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phase with Primavera including the analysis of any deviations and corrective actions

§  Prepare and develop WBS, activities, relation, estimating time and resources allocated

§  Analyze and update critical path activity

§  Implement Earned Value Analysis Method

§  Prepare resources loading if needed according to committed schedule / baseline

§  Collecting, review & integrate vendor / sub-contractor/ fabricator schedule

§  Monitor lead time of materials and equipment

§  Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and presenting the project schedule to Clients or any other external parties.

 

9.      Procurement Engineer (0029/TS)

Qualifications :

§  Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil, mechanical or electrical background.

§  4-8 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure.

§  Familiar with software correlated with data processing such as QDMS.

§  Candidate with excellent qualified vendor database are preferred

 

Responsibilities :

§  Entire cycle of  Procurement activities, incl. Vendor selection, enquiries, tender summary, clarifications and negotiations.

§  Register the complete vendor quotations data into Procurement software

§  To ensure procurement database are updated and accurate

§  Review and coordinate TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) with engineering team.

§  Review and coordinate CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation) with vendor.

§  Develop, monitor & update Project Procurement schedule

§  Re-arrange project schedule to procurement schedule

§  Develop & update Project Procurement Plans for Project specific

§  Develop & update Corporate Procurement Systems and Procedure

§  Monitor on-going tendering/procurement activities

§  Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and presenting the specific Project procurement activities update to Clients or any other external parties.

 

10.    Cost Controller (0025/FA)

Qualifications :

§  Bachelor of Economic degree, majoring in Accounting

§  Min. 5 years working experience in Finance & Accounting field especially in Cost Control and Analysis

§  Advanced report writing skills

§  Good initiative, attentive to detail and have a sense of controlling for any company expenditure.

§  Advanced skill in Ms. Excel

 

Responsibilities :

§  Verify expense claims and determine each expenditure for chargeable/non chargeable based on project contract.

§  Ensure all the hourly rates stated on timesheet register are agreed with its contract/proposal.

§  Controlling all the project cost (incl. man-hours and expenditures) are agreed with the contract/proposal value and well informed to PM for the project cost progress.

§  Prepare comprehensive cost report which included the cost forecast up to completion to client.

§  Prepare comprehensive project cost analysis for all projects for internal purpose.

Responsibilities:
To provide support to the Head of Human Resources in arranging all administrative personnel matters including recruitment, training and development, payroll, staffing, and performance management system. The Human Resources Officer works together with the Head of Human Resources in maintaining the efficient office systems and procedures, with particular emphasis on internal and external communication in all 9 KNCV offices in Indonesia.
 
Key Accountabilities:

•          Provide administrative and coordination support  for recruitment, including advertising the position, processing applicants, providing necessary information to potential applicants on the recruitment process, arranging the interviews and manage the recruitment files
•           Support and coordinate on-boarding/orientation of new staff including offer letter, new starter kit/documentation, personnel files; facilitation of orientation program and HR session

•          Support line managers on performance management, team learning and development in line with the L&D Plan

You will play an important role in the management of Technical Assistance Procurement for the implementation of the Global Fund Grant for combating tuberculosis in Indonesia. KNCV will manage  the Technical Assistance Procurement for the two main Grant Recipients: Ministry of Health and Aisyiyah. You will be responsible for independently organizing all activities of procurement and monitoring of technical assistance for the Global Fund Grant Implementation.  To fulfil this job you will need to work in close cooperation with implementing organization and technical staff to ensure the procurement documents meet the required standards.  
 
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
·         Organize review and process all planned Technical Assistance activities ensuring qualified Terms of Reference with sufficient clarity on specifications given for good and services and clear deliverables. Confirm any other relevant information from MOh or Aisyiyah
·         Coordinate and ensure that all TA services are reviewed and approved in accordance to the USAID procurement guidelines and authorization matrix.
·         Identify potential consultants and consultants networks for the announcement and disbursement of tenders,
·         Plan and implement the procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparation of evaluation and recommendation, from Purchase Order (PO) to Service Agreement (SA) and delivery of services in accordance to USAID procurement guidelines.
·         Supervise the Finance Assistant in managing the budgets for the two sub grants.  
·         Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services and ensure through established procedures that all received services are in accordance with the terms and specifications as in ToR and Approved Proposal. Furthermore ensure quality and opportune delivery of TA services.
·         Report to MOH and Aisyiyah on the status of procurements, including estimated time of delivery and/or any changes which may affect pre-determined delivery conditions. In the event of changes, propose alternatives to mitigate delays in project implementation processes.
·         Design and prepare monthly progress report for TA procurement activities and provide brief updates to GF implementing organization.
·         Act with integrity and professionalism at all times.

5.     Planning Engineer                                          (S – Planning)
6.     Tankage Engineer                                           (S – Tankage)
7.     Project Control                                               (S – Project Control)
8.     Instrumentation Engineer                             (S - Instrumentation)
9.     Electrical Engineer                                         (S - Electrical)
10.  Plant & Machinery Engineer                         (S – Plant&Machinery)
11.  QA/QC  Engineer                                            (S - QAQC)
12.  Material Control Engineer/Officer                (S – Material control)
13.  Welding Engineer / Sr. Superintendent        (S -Welding)

General Requirements :
a.     Indonesian nationality
b.     Age 35-45 years old
c.      At least 7-10 years experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical project
d.     Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
e.     S1 or Bachelor degree
f.       Computer skills with latest microsoft office
g.      Possesses good organization, supervisory, communication, interpersonal and public relations skills
h.     Excellent interpersonal, good communication skill, teamwork player, honest, high integrity, fast learner, detail oriented, good initiative and self motivated
i.       Willing to work at Sangatta (Tanjungbara – Kutai Timur), East Kalimantan Province
