Planning Manager:
General job description
• The implementation of End to End requirements from a Site / Supply Planning perspective.
• Main liaison to regional supply planning team to ensure production schedule meets commercial requirements.
• Develop replenishment models per value stream to balance expectations of regional supply planning team and value stream leads
• Ensure effective RCA and continuous improvement in scheduling and execution of production schedules.
• Responsible for ensuring effective inbound scheduling and vendor management resulting in shorter vendor lead times and reduced on hand inventory
• Project lead for improvement initiatives relating to production scheduling and vendor management.
• Ensure customer service at 99.5% in-stock
• Planning Software system owner
• Responsibility for Standard Operating Procedures, Deviations reports, risk management and Corrective actions for the area.
• Accurate Data Gathering to allow presentation to the Senior Leadership Team

Requirement:
• Previous experience managing a team in a Planning function.
• Significant experience 2-3 years managing a team in a business function.
• Operational Excellence experience an advantage.

Warehouse Manager:
General job description
• Lead and manage the team responsible for warehouse operations.
• Plan, direct & implement warehouse operations to meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure that there is sufficient WH capacity available to support the needs of the business.
• Build solid working relationships with all key stake holders within the value streams and functional areas.
• Build solid working relationships with our LSP partners, hauliers suppliers, and equipment vendors seek mutually beneficial solutions to challenges

Requirement:
• Working knowledge of a high volume manufacturing industry ; pharmaceuticals or FMCG
• People management in a service or industrial organization
• Operational Excellence experience an advantage.

Material Planner:
General job description:
• Ensure customer service at 99.5% in-stock
• Key liaison between key customers and the relevant scheduling team.
• The implementation of End to End requirements from a Site / Supply Planning perspective.
• Capacity Management of 3-6 months time interval and key data gathering for Monthly Supply Review
• Ensure minimal inventory build up
• First point contact for Planning systems in GSK Indonesia
• The person is as a key liaison point for the site, reflects the site in a very positive light in every interaction, has a ‘ can-do’ attitude, and highlights very early any issues that the site may not be able to assist with.

Requirement:
• 2-3 years previous planning experience of complex work centers.
• Pharmaceuticals or FMCG background
• Operational Excellence experience an advantage.
