Profitas Consulting client’s is looking for the following positions:
1. Compliance Manager (industry: general insurance)
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Researche compliance issues.
Maintain relationships with government agencies.
Coordinate site visits for regulators and coordinate implementations and compliance with corrective action plans, as needed.
Conduct client file reviews of assigned offices to measure compliance with Professional Standards, MMC Transparency Standards, and other agreements.
Review client files (policy, marketing, general, etc) to verify compliance with the standards; provides explanatory commentary as needed.
Train and mentor local colleagues in conjunction with compliance monitoring.
Perform other special projects and responsibilities, as assigned.
Due Diligence Review.
Client Service Agreement Review (KYC - Know Your Customer, vendor agreement).
Understand FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), FSA (Financial Authority Services), Trade Sanctions, Anti Bribery laws, etc.
Reporting to: Asia Compliance Manager
Required Skills/ Knowledge & Experience:
Must posses at least Bachelor degree in Law
Have at least minimum of 5-year related experience (preferably in insurance industry)
Process improvement training for identification of areas to create greater efficiency; and the ability to drill down to root causes. Develop solutions, and lead process change.
Aptitude and attitude for compliance, ethical behavior and avoiding conflicts of interest demonstrated by personal integrity and accountability
2. Legal Staff (industry: manufacturing)
Essential Functions:
Maintain relationships with government agencies.
Site visits for regulators
Review contracts to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and professional standards.
Required Skills/ Knowledge & Experience:
Must posses at least Bachelor degree in Law
Have at least minimum of 2-year related experience
