We are a Japanese engineering & construction company is looking for a suitably qualified looking for an experienced individual handling site conditions and coordination with contractors, consultants and clients. You must have strong technical knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical systems as well as being someone who is looking to take on more responsibilities and be in charge of the Project.
Job Description:
· Responsible for all aspects of project management functions including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, cost control & contracts & administration of all projects.
· Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
· Coordinate the safety management system on site.
· Follow up on the project progress.
· Able to do simple costing.
· Plan, apply, purchase, install & maintain all M&E equipment related to facilities at site.
· Oversees overall progression of Project.
· Ensure Project is completed within specific time and within clients' budget and satisfaction.
· Ensure Company's ISO & OHSAS requirements are fully implemented.
· Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project-related issues.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics/Building Services or Equivalent
· Able to lead, plan, coordinate, communicate with relevant site people to execute work
· Able to speak/write English
