LOGISTIC AND PROCUREMENT ANALYST
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
· max 3 year experience,
· Min. S1 / Bachelor degree with background:
- Any kind of Engineer (industrial, petroleum, civil, mining, mechanical, etc.)
- Finance
· Intermediate skills of computer programs:
- Office: word, excel (mandatory), power point, Visio, project,
- Other preferable program: Oracle
· Intermediate skills of communication in English and Bahasa, both writing and verbal.
· Intermediate skills of administrative and managing work load
. other preferable license ; ppjk
· With the following personality:
Well-rounded person, proactive, hard working, fast learner, honest, and active.
· Ready to work overtime and travelling
Main Responsibilities:
· Preparing the Logistic: International Delivery, custom clearance such as PIB, monitoring,
procurement: Invoices, purchase request.
· Analyzing the actual cost spending during the operation against the budget.
· Material checking of cost and revenue.
· Analyzing the daily report of cost and operation.
