URGENT POSITION: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Our client is a Engineering Consultant of Civil works company in Jakarta, is seeking for urgent position as : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER with the following qualification :

 

Construction Manager in Jakarta office. Projects location is in Karawang  for green field pharmaceutical facilities. The individual will be responsible for :

* Construction management

   - Contract management

   - Administration system

* Construction coordination

   - Coordinate interfaces of construction works

   - Approval of materials

* Quality

   - Quality assurance

   - Quality control

   - Inspection and approval shop drawings

   - Checking and evaluation for equipment and material

 

Requirement :

* Expatriate

* Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical;

* More than 5 years of experience as Construction Manager related industrial facilities;

* More than 10 years of experience in construction management of projects related industrial

   facilities;

* Contracts management skills, preferably experience with FIDIC contracts;

* Fluent in English, both oral & written;

* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both oral & written

* Excellent communication skills;

* Available for employment from 1st February 2015;

* Well organized;

* Able to work in a team;

* Computer literate: MS Word, Excel and Project;

* Good health condition;

* Willing  to be placed in Karawang, West Java
