Currently our client an EPC company in Oil and Gas industry in Jakarta requires position as below:
1. Fabrication Site (Manager or Superintendent or Supervisor)
- Work and based location: Jakarta
- Minimum experience of 15 years in supervision of fabrication of structure and piping
- HSE and Quality focused person
- Having vast record of handling/supervising Subcontractor/Fabricator and coordination with COMPANY
- Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, testing and other QC matters, blasting and painting
- Very keen in interpreting drawings, specifications and codes and standards
- Experienced in piping hydrotest, weighing, SIT, loadout, sea fastening and coordinating with MWS for obtaining sail away certificate
- Knows how to control sub-contractor/fabricator for preventing potential variation order as well as pressuring sub-contractor/fabricator
- Able to lead the team, subcontractor and have a strong convincing power to COMPANY site reps.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office softwares
- Safety oriented person
- Preferably local and have an experience in welding of cladded piping
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team consist of QC (Welding eng'r or QA/QC Coordinator or QA/QC Inspector and HSE Coordinator)
- Supervise subcontractor's/fabricator's works
- Coordinate all the works with COMPANY
- Make sure that deadlines, milestones and schedules are met and no slippage
- Responsible for implementation and Company's programme in
terms of Safety and Quality
- Responsible to organize weekly progress meeting with Company and Fabricator
- Provide daily and weekly progress report
- Reports directly to Fabrication Package Manager
