Commissioning Manager

·          Have Bachelor Degree from chemical background is preferable

·          Have Minimum Experienced 8 years as Commissioning Manager  in offshore construction facilities Oil & Gas include 3 years design experience in 2 EPCI Offshore Project work.

·          Understanding codes , standards and specifications

·          Knowledgeable in HSE concepts and reporting

·          Responsible for the execution the project start-up strategy

·          Responsible to provide assistance to the operations team for handover, start-up and ramp-up for the delivery of first year production commitments.

·          Deliver the facility start-up procedures.

·          Communicate these with the operations management and provide start-up training at technician level.

·          Contribute to project execution as appropriate especially regarding integrated planning, completions, commissioning and build up to handover.

·          Provide assurance to the operations team that all pre-start-up requirements have been fulfilled.

QA/QC Manager

·        Bachelor degree in technical or metallurgy

·        Have experienced 10 years experiences include 3 years experience in the same position in quality assurance and quality control area also has experiences in offshore facilities, construction/fabrication in 2 EPCI Offshore Project

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Superior planning and auditing quality

Lead Engineer for all disciplines

·        Bachelor Degree from related major (Electrical/ Chemical/ Civil or Ocean / Physics/ Mechanical or Metallurgy/ Naval Architect Engineer)

·        Have minimum 10 years experiences in design engineer oil and gas industry and include experience at least with 2  EPCI  Offshore project work.

·        Familiar with related standard and codes

·        Good command in English

·        Good computer literacy and other proficient related software


Commissioning Coordinator and Supervisor for all disciplines

·        Have Bachelor Degree from chemical background is preferable

·        Have Minimum Experienced 7 years in offshore construction facilities Oil & Gas include experience in 2 EPCI Project work as Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Coordinator and/or Supervisor.

·        Understanding codes , standards and specifications

·        To know the Pre-commissioning & commissioning methodology  and software as ICAPS or other.

·        Knowledgeable in HSE concepts and reporting

·        Responsible for the execution the project start-up strategy.

·        Communicate these with the operations management and provide start-up training at technician level.

·       Contribute to project execution as appropriate especially regarding integrated planning, completions, commissioning and build up to handover

Requirements

1. QC Leader (QCL)
Bachelor degree in Chemistry; Min. experience in QC 6 years in laboratory with some experience in supervisory level; Experience in Stability Product and Customer Complaint handling; Understands quality management & ISO 9001; Experience in chemical industry (Pharmaceutical is an advantage); Proficiency in English is mandatory.

2. Business Excellence (BE)
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemistry from reputable university; Min 2 years of similar work in chemical/FMCG industry; Experience in various fields specifically quality control; Understand ISO systems, Six Sigma, LEAN; Computer literate in excel and matlab; Minimum trained in six sigma green belt by external consultant; IRCA certified for ISO9001 system; Experience in LEAN implementation; Good communication skill, presentation skill; Proficiency in English is mandatory.

3.Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer (E/IE)
Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic or Instrumentation Engineer from reputable university; Minimum 5 years experiences; Exposed to Construction, Projects Installation and Commissioning activities for new Chemicals/ Formulation Unit; Good Computers skills, CAD, Electrical/Instrumentation calculation; Good knowledge on logic control, PLC and Scada; Excellent in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering knowledge such as Power distribution, Electronic installation, Instrumentation. Good in Design and Engineering, Site Supervisory and Process Safety.

4. Project Mechanical Engineer (PME)
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering ;Excellent Mechanical Engineering knowledge such as Piping, Rotating Equipment, Vessels and others related equipment; Minimum 5 Years experiences; Experience for some PSM elements such as mechanical Integrity, Design Verification and PRV calculation; Exposed to Construction, Projects Installation and Commissioning activities for new Chemicals/ Formulation Unit Computers skills, CAD, Mechanical Engineering software, Hydraulic calculation Proficiency in English is mandatory.

5. Mechanical Engineer (PE)
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer from reputable university; Has worked in manufacturing; Minimum 5 year experience; Strong communication skill with experience in leading project; Strong technical background on design stage. Experience in developing Mechanical Integrity (MI) program for equipment and facilities; Experienced on repair and maintenance activities for all equipment related with mechanical, electrical and civil; Proficiency in English is mandatory.

6. OHS Executive (OHS)
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineer/ Occupational health and Safety from reputable university; Has worked in Chemical Industry; Minimum 5 year experiences; Strong knowledge and experiences in Process Safety Management is an advantage; Good understanding in Chemical hazards; in Experienced on Process Safety; Certified as Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Kimia Safety.

7. Management Trainee (MT)
Bachelor Degree from all major; GPA minimum 3,5; Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; Have strong leadership skill proven in various organizational roles.
