Tanggung Jawab Utama:

4. Membuat prosedur kerja operasi produksi yang benar sesuai
kaidah-kaidah di perminyakan dan mensosialisasikan kepada para

5. Mensupervisi operator produksi baik yang bekerja di Block Station,
Fasilitas Bongkar Muat, sumur produksi serta station-station lainnya
agar bekerja sesuai prosedur yang telah di buat dengan baik dan benar.
6. Mengawasi dan mensupervisi agar minyak yang diproduksi dapat
diangkut dengan baik hingga ke Ttitik Penjualan, serta dengan cepat
dapat mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi apabila terjadi
permasalahan dalam transportasi minyak ke terminal pengiriman,
sehingga tidak terjadi penutupan atau pengurangan sumur produksi.
7. Bekerja sama dengan Surface Facilities Engineer, merencanakan dan
mengawasi pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pengembangan fasilitas produksi
agar tidak terjadi pengurangan dan/atau penutupan sumur produksi
akibat tidak tersedianya fasilitas produksi yang memadai atau terjadi
kelebihan investasi fasilitas karena perencanaan yang tidak cermat.
8. Bekerja sama dengan HSE dalam mensosialisasikan dan menerapkan
program HSE, praktek dan peraturan keselamatan kerja, guna mencegah
dan mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi akibat kelalaian (human
error), serta dalam menangani limbah produksi secara efektif dan
efisien sehingga mencegah pengrusakan lingkungan sekitar area
produksi.
9. Mengawasi dan mensupervisi pelaksanaan pemasangan Artificial Lift
pada sumur atau pelaksanaan reparasi sumur.
10. Memperhatikan masa berlakunya semua sertifikat peralatan produksi
(SKPP dan/atau SKPI) dan membantu pihak ketiga selama di lapangan yang
ditunjuk untuk memperpanjang SKPP dan/atau SKPI.
11. Mengarahkan dan mengawasi pelaksanaan bongkar muat dan kelancaran
pemompaan di Fasilitas Bongkar Muat.
12. Mengarahkan dan mengawasi administrasi produksi serta koleksi data
produksi agar seluruh aktifitas produksi dapat terdokumentasi dengan
lengkap dan baik, dalam hard copy maupun soft copy.
13. Melaporkan daily production report, mengevaluasi ulah produksi
serta memberikan masukkan kepada Field Manager rencana optimalisasi
produksi.
14. Mengawasi, membimbing, memotivasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja bawahan
serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangannya guna
meningkatkan kompetensi serta kapabilitas bawahan agar sesuai dengan
kebutuhan di lapangan, khususnya di bidang pengoperasian lapangan,
pengelolaan sumur, dll.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

Pendidikan Formal:
Minimal Sarjana S-1 Jurusan Teknik Perminyakan.

Pengalaman Kerja:
Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di industri minyak baik secara
langsung maupun tidak langsung (proyek melalui third party). Lebih
diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman dalam keteknikan produksi serta
operasi produksi.

Persyaratan Minimum, Keahlian dan ketrampilan

1. Background knowledge yang kuat mengenai Keteknikan Produksi (design
artificial lift, nodal analysis, production performance analysis, etc)
2. Memahami integritas keteknikan produksi dalam mensupport keteknikan reservoir

Tujuan Jabatan:

Membantu HR Manager berhadapan dengan para user, manager dan karyawan

Berdiri sejak 1946, BNI yang dahulu dikenal sebagai Bank Negara Indonesia, merupakan bank pertama yang didirikan dan dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia.Pada tahun 2004, identitas perusahaan yang diperbaharui mulai digunakan untuk menggambarkan prospek masa depan yang lebih baik, setelah keberhasilan mengarungi masa-masa yang sulit.

Persyaratan :

Lulusan Minimal S1 dari Teknik Komputer / Teknik Informatika / Teknik Elektro / Statistik / Teknik Industri / Ilmu Komputer / Elektronika / Teknik Fisika / Matematika dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Swasta yang terkemuka dan capable di bidang IT
Syarat IPK yaitu : PTN Minimal 2.75 ; PTS minimal 3.00
Menguasai minimal salah satu bahasa pemrograman : Cobol, C++, Java, MS Dot Net, PHP, Web, MS SQL Server, Platform UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux), TACL, PHP, SAS, PL, SQL
Pengalaman kerja programming minimal 1 tahun
Nilai tambah bagi yang menguasai : Development Tools, OS Platform UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux) / OS Windows Server / Data Base Pracle / SQL Server atau mengerti konsep TCPIP / Management Data Base / Project Management Tools
Menguasai Bahasa Inggris minimal pasif
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
