Organizational Context:
The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia, (Kemitraan) in partnership with a US based non-governmental organization, the National Democratic Institute (NDI) along with regional partners; Indonesian Women's Coalition (KPI), Persatuan Kesedaran Komuniti Selangor (EMPOWER) from Malaysia, Women's Caucus from Timor Leste, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), the Center for Popular Empowerment from the Philippines will implement a 36-month program on the Component 1 of USAID's "IKAT-US: Civil Societies Innovating Together" program initiative.

Through the IKAT US Component 1 Program, Kemitraan with NDI and its regional partners is proposing to strengthen political rights of women and democracy by advocating the promotion of increased women's political representation through regional partnership initiatives. Under the proposed IKAT US Component 1 program initiative, Kemitraan plans to achieve such goal through to strategies.

The first is to increase the capacity of Kemitraan and Regional Partners to conduct and collaborate on activities for the promotion of Democracy in Southeast Asia. In achieving this objective, Kemitraan will work alongside with NDI to provide technical assistance, through training, mentoring and inviting Kemitraan participation in ongoing NDI projects, to strengthen the capacity of Kemitraan and regional partners to project their expertise, conduct programs and consolidate networks on a regional scale. The second objective that Kemitraan has proposed under this program initiative is to enable Kemitraan and Regional Partners promote advocacy of the minimum target of 30 percent women's political representation in Southeast Asia. In achieving this objective Kemitraan will support each partner organization to start with a quick internal evaluation of the social, economic and political environment and core issues connected with women's political representation.
Summary of key functions:

•    Preparation of projects implementation;
•    Ensure quality of grantee/implementing partner financial and administrative compliance;
•    Budgeting and Advance Settlement;
•    Participation in knowledge sharing and building;
•    Other required administration and clerical services
Recruitment Qualifications:
Education:  
Minimum of S1 in management/finance/accounting/public administration or other relevant field.

Experience:  

Minimum of 3 years progressively in project administration and experience in organizing many events, especially with government, civil society organizations, and/or donor agencies at the national or international level. Having experiences working with Kemitraan previously or projects of UNDP would be an advantage. Having good communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to work in highly pressured environment. Having availability to carry out necessary travel assignment. Having knowledge and skill to operate financial software (SUN System, Quick Book, etc). Burung Indonesia adalah organisasi nirlaba yang telah bergiat sejak 15 Juli 2002, bertujuan melestarikan seluruh jenis burung  dan habitatnya di Indonesia, serta bekerjasama dengan masyarakat untuk mencapai pembangunan yang lestari.

Burung Indonesia tengah menyiapkan program  Ecosystem Restoration Concessions (ERC) for Tropical Rainforest Conservation in Indonesia yang akan dilaksanakan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Program yang didukung oleh  Pemerintah Federal Jerman melalui KfW Development Bank ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Program ini akan memperkuat strategi adaptasi masyarakat dan ketahanan ekosistem dengan mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan lanskap berkelanjutan. Tujuan lain dari program ini meliputi konservasi keanekaragaman hayati di hutan produksi, mitigasi dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim dan peningkatan sumber penghidupan masyarakat setempat.

 

Untuk itu, Burung Indonesia memberi peluang kepada tenaga profesional muda yang kreatif, dinamis dan energik untuk bergabung dalam tim pelaksana program tersebut. Burung Indonesia membuka kesempatan seluas-luasnya untuk posisi sebagai berikut:

1.    Programme Manager (PM)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengelola seluruh aspek pelaksanaan program untuk memastikan pencapaian tujuan sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan. Memastikan semua aspek manajemen perencanaan, implementasi, supervisi, pelaporan, pemantauan serta evaluasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Mengkoordinasikan dan mengelola staf, konsultan, dan relawan yang ditugaskan untuk mendukung implementasi program di Gorontalo. Memastikan prosedur administrasi dan keuangan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, serta mampu membuka komunikasi dan memperkuat jaringan untuk mendapatkan dukungan para pihak dan memperluas dampak program.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S2 bidang kehutanan, lingkungan, biologi atau konservasi sumber daya alam, atau memiliki kualifikasi profesional yang relevan dengan pengalaman dalam pengelolaan proyek konservasi, kehutanan dan pembangunan selama lebih dari 10 tahun;

2.    Berpengalaman dalam menyusun rencana proyek, laporan kegiatan dan mengelola aspek keuangan;

3.    Berpengalaman dalam memimpin dan mensupervisi staf dalam satu tim kerja;

4.    Menguasi Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris;

Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengembangkan pendekatan, mekanisme, dan strategi kemitraan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dan penguatan sosial di desa-desa fasilitasi melalui pembangunan dan penguatan kelembagaan lokal di desa sebagai basis kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pembangunan desa, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Membangun dan mengembangan sistem pangkalan data serta pemantauan dan evaluasi data sosial ekonomi.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang sosial ekonomi pertanian, komunikasi pembangunan, atau memiliki pengalaman profesional yang relevan;

2.    Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang pengembangan masyarakat dan fasilitasi program pembangunan desa sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun;

3.    Menguasai metode kajian partisipatif seperti RRA/PRA serta alat kajian lainnya;

4.    Menguasai strategi pengembangan ekonomi dan penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, berdasarkan konteks budaya dan sosial setempat;

5.    Bersedia ditempatkan secara penuh di lokasi kerja Burung Indonesia di Gorontalo, termasuk di desa-desa yang menjadi target lokasi kegiatan.

 

3. Forest Restoration Specialist (FRS)

Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengembangkan strategi dan implementasi restorasi hutan pada bentang alam di Provinsi Gorontalo termasuk penerapan metode eksperimental dan mendokumentasikan best practices kegiatan tersebut.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.       Pendidikan S1 di bidang kehutanan atau memiliki pengalaman profesional yang relevan;

2.       Setidaknya 10 tahun pengalaman bekerja di bidang kehutanan, diutamakan pada manajemen konsesi hutan produksi;

3.       Menguasai teknik-teknik restorasi hutan, silvikultur, dan ekologi lansekap.

4.    Bersedia ditempatkan secara penuh di lokasi kerja Burung Indonesia di Gorontalo, termasuk di lokasi-lokasi terpencil yang menjadi target lokasi kegiatan.

 

4. Business Development Specialist (FBS)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengembangkan strategi dan rencana usaha yang efektif melalui penyusunan rekomendasi pilihan-pilihan usaha bidang kehutanan yang layak secara ekonomi (economically profitable), sosial (socially accountable), dan ekologi (ecologically acceptable) sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan areal restorasi ekosistem dan dalam rangka membangun dan meningkatkan pola kemitraan usaha masyarakat di sekitar lokasi program.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S2 bidang ekonomi sumber daya alam, agribisnis, atau kehutanan;

2.    Berpengalaman di bidang ekonomi kehutanan dan sumber daya alam;

3.    Menguasai strategi pengembangan usaha kehutanan, jasa lingkungan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat;

4.    Memiliki pengalaman pemberdayaan masyarakat, program pembangunan desa, atau pengembangan usaha sekurang-kurangnya lima tahun;

5.       Bersedia ditempatkan secara penuh di lokasi kerja Burung Indonesia di Gorontalo, termasuk di lokasi-lokasi terpencil yang menjadi target lokasi kegiatan.

 

5.  Biodiversity Specialist (BIO)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengembangkan strategi restorasi ekosistem di Gorontalo dari aspek keanekaragaman hayati, dengan mengelola kegiatan penelitian dan pemantauan prioritas, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pelaksanaan, analisis, pengelolaan data dan informasi hasil penelitian dan pemantauan, untuk menjadi produk pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan hutan, konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, dan pengembangan restorasi ekosistem di Indonesia.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang biologi, kehutanan, lingkungan atau konservasi sumber daya alam;

2.    Berpengalaman lebih dari 10 tahun dalam bidang penelitian dan pemantauan keanekaragaman hayati serta upaya pelestariannya;

3.    Menguasai strategi pengembangan pemantauan keanekaragaman hayati secara partisipatif;

4.    Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dengan baik;

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang ilmu-ilmu sosial, komunikasi, kehutanan, pertanian atau hukum;

2.    Berpengalaman kerja sekurang-kurangnya lima tahun dalam menjalin kerja sama antar pihak dalam lingkup pemerintah maupun non pemerintah;

Meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konservasi sumberdaya alam hayati, pengelolaan bentang alam berkelanjutan, dan restorasi ekosistem melalui berbagai strategi penyadaran konservasi dan komunikasi kepada masyarakat, baik di desa-desa lokasi program maupun pada lingkup yang lebih luas. Mengembangkan strategi komunikasi dan memperkuat jaringan kerja bersama para pihak di Gorontalo.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang ilmu-ilmu sosial, komunikasi, bahasa dan sastra;

2.    Berpengalaman kerja dalam bidang konservasi, pendidikan lingkungan, dan penyuluhan sekurang-kurangnya lima tahun;

3.    Memiliki relasi yang baik dengan media massa;

4.    Menguasai strategi komunikasi, promosi dan penyadartahuan masyarakat; berdasarkan konteks budaya dan sosial setempat;

5.    Berpengalaman dalam menangani fotografi, dokumentasi video dan audio serta pemrosesannya;

9. GIS Officer (GIS)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengelola data dan informasi geospasial dengan standar mutu dan keakuratan yang tinggi untuk menghasilkan produk analisis spasial yang dibutuhkan dalam mendukung pelaksanaan program di lapangan. Membangun dan mengembangkan guideline pemetaan partisipatif bersama masyarakat desa untuk perencanaan, implementasi dan pemantauan tata ruang di tingkat desa.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 dalam bidang geografi, geodesi atau kehutanan;

2.    Berpengalaman selurang-kurangnya tiga tahun dalam bidang geospasial dan pemetaan, serta membangun sistem data spasial;

3.    Berpengalaman merancang dan melaksanakan pemetaan partisipatif bersama masyarakat;

4.    Bersedia ditempatkan secara penuh di lokasi kerja Burung Indonesia di Gorontalo, termasuk di lokasi-lokasi terpencil yang menjadi target lokasi kegiatan.

 

10. Village Facilitator (VF)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Memfasilitasi perencanaan pembangunan partisipatif masyarakat desa melalui proses pengembangan kesepakatan pengelolaan dan pelestarian sumber daya alam desa untuk mendukung proses pelestarian alam dan peningkatan penghidupan masyarakat. Melaksanakan pengembangan kemitraan usaha ekonomi, penguatan kelompok, serta tugas fasilitasi masyarakat di desa-desa pada lokasi program.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang antropologi, sosiologi, komunikasi, pertanian, ekonomi, kehutanan atau kualifikasi pengalaman profesional yang relevan;

2.    Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan masyarakat dan fasilitasi program pembangunan desa sekurang-kurangnya dua tahun. Terbuka untuk lulusan baru yang potensial;

3.    Paham pendekatan fasilitasi masyarakat menggunakan metode partisipatif seperti PRA atau metode perencanaan partisipatif lainnya;

4.    Menguasai strategi pengembangan ekonomi dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, berdasarkan konteks budaya dan sosial setempat;

5.    Bersedia ditempatkan secara penuh di di desa-desa pada lokasi kerja Burung Indonesia di Gorontalo.

 

11. Finance and Account Officer (FAO)


Gambaran umum pekerjaan

Mengelola aspek keuangan program di Gorontalo mulai dari perencanaan dan penyusunan anggaran, transaksi, serta pelaporan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan, persyaratan donor serta pedoman akuntansi keuangan Burung Indonesia. Melakukan input data ke dalam perangkat lunak akuntansi serta memastikan agar prinsip manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi diimplementasikan sesuai dengan ketentuan.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1, diutamakan bidang akuntansi, keuangan, manajemen;

2.    Pengalaman kerja yang relevan sekurang-kurangnya tiga tahun;

3.    Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengelola keuangan pada lembaga non pemerintah atau perusahaan;

4.    Memiliki pengetahuan sistem keuangan perusahaan, pelaporan dan audit;

5.    Menguasai perangkat lunak akuntansi;

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan SMK, diutamakan bidang tata administrasi;

2.    Pengalaman kerja yang relevan sekurang-kurangnya dua tahun;

3.    Menguasai aplikasi standar komputer;

13. Driver (DRI)

Pengemudi kendaraaan operasional program. Mengurus kendaraan operasional agar selalu dalam keadaan siap pakai, terawat dengan baik, sehingga aman untuk dikendarai guna mendukung kelancaran kegiatan.

 

Kualifikasi:

1.    Usia tidak lebih dari 40 tahun;

2.    Pendidikan SMK, diutamakan bidang otomotif atau menguasi teknik mesin otomotif secara praktis;

3.    Memiliki SIM A, memahami peraturan lalu lintas;

Kualifikasi:

1.    Pendidikan S1 bidang biologi, kehutanan, lingkungan atau manajemen.

2.    Berpengalaman kerja yang relevan dengan pengembangan pengetahuan sekurang-kurangnya lima tahun, menulis laporan, tulisan popular dan jurnal ilmiah.
